This hotel was awful, we had booked a twin room and got a double bed for me and my sister so we both had no sleep as we had to sleep in the same bed, as they had no other rooms. There was no fan working in the bathroom to draw out the steam so everything was wet including all our products we brought. The WiFi was none existent , the TV remote did not work, also there was no parking. So it was a crap premier inn and not the usual standard.

Booked a stay here for our family of 3 to be able to visit Birmingham. Room was exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn and was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable, bit soft for my liking but I am used to a very firm mattress at home so just preference. Great location, straight off of the M5. Was a £5 taxi to Sandwell & Dudley train station and then a 12 min train into New Street. Staff were excellent and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and the lady who checked us in was warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to assist us. Only downside was the restaurant is under going major building works so only a vending machine available for basic snacks and drinks but free tea and coffee were provided along with croissants and apples. Again, the staff apologised and explained and we knew this prior to booking so will not be marking down, just something to be aware off.

We really loved our stay at Premier Inn Birmingham near Oldbury. The room was excellent and very convenient for us as we were traveling with our toddler. After mentioning it, the staff kindly provided a crib which made our stay much easier.

Had a brilliant stay here, staff were so friendly and helpful, girls on the front desk really went above and beyond for us. Handy location and lovely rooms. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

Was in need of a room in Oldbury area I called up in late hours and spoke with Zhneava over the phone, she was polite and ensured me there’d still be a room available even after my long drive down. Upon arrival she was friendly and informative regarding the breakfast situation and so on. Therefore it's 5* for her customer service and thank you dearly for answering my call so late!.

Staff were hostile, disrespectful, and treated us unfairly with zero professionalism or basic decency. No human decency or customer service.
