Whole place was tired looking apart from the bright, modern and large vending machine in reception. Great that it sold snacks, pity it didn't sell disposable razors/toothbrushes. The floor in my spacious room creaked almost everywhere and the bathroom hadn't seen a lick of paint in decades. Bed was comfy but not made while I was out on day two. Apparently you have to ask for housekeeping, not the other way around. This meant both my large and small towel were still wet for my shower next day. I rang the bell on reception to get a member of staff to come out from the back to supply a wifi code. I remembered how poor the 5G was at my last Premier Inn stay and wanted the £5 per day "super" wifi. A few minutes later a member of staff appeared behind me, he'd come from the adjacent building (bar/restaurant). This would indicate insufficient staff. The wifi was so bad I had to disconnect it and use the superior 5G. This has to be known by management and therefore a blatant con. The uncarpeted section of floor near the bar was sticky as was each of the 4 tables we used during our two day stay. We asked a member of staff who was passing with a spray and cloth to give our table a wipe. It made no difference. The staff, all of them, were excellent.

2 night stay. Hotel great. Breakfast first morning 6 people stood there waiting for a staff member to come over and ask our room number. We watched a large family trying to find a table for themselves that wasn't dirty and piled with dirty plates. Eventually they had to try to find a member of staff to clear one for them. There wasn't any bacon. There was a long queue waiting for one coffee machine. The toaster took so long I gave up and just had a piece of bread. The coffee was almost cold. Trying to find a member of staff impossible. We left to ask at reception if someone could tidy our room and provide dry towels but there was no staff member on reception she was too busy in the breakfast room. Yes that's right one staff member trying to cover both reception and breakfast room. The second morning we stood there again for breakfast waiting for a member of staff. I got so fed up of waiting we gave up and just went in. We had to clear our own table of dirty plates and crockery and eat from a table vovered in dugar because there was mo one to clean it. The coffee was cold. There was no juice no glasses no yoghurt no staff. The ladies toilet was closed with a chair in front of the door blocking the way so I had to use the disabled toilet There was no hand soap. I had to come out and force my way past the chair blocking the door and into the ladies to wash my hands. The ceiling had caved in and there was plaster and rubble all over the floor just left there. What an absolute joke. They call this customer service? They call this a hotel? If you want to stay here, fine but I advise you not to book breakfast just go round the corner to Morrisons cafe. There will be staff, warm food, hot coffee and clean table and all cheaper in price. Never again. I'm back to Travelodge.

Stayed here most weeks and the staff are great. Avi, becky, Holly, Umra, Sakar, Araan & Dean(chef) have all treated me amazingly. Hotel a bit dated and run down but the staff do what they can to make your stay comfortable.

我们预订了一间家庭房,为了去吉百利世界旅行过夜,之前住在Premier Inns,我们以为房间会舒适宽敞……不,房间很小而且很拥挤,拉出的床很硬,房间里沸腾了,我们没有睡个好觉!我们到达的那天晚上在餐厅吃饭,我们点的食物被遗漏了,所以我们不得不不断地重新点漏掉的部分,食物最多很一般,味道平淡,上菜速度很慢,甚至错过了一顿饭其他 3 个到达后至少 5 分钟😑 冰淇淋滴落并融化得到处都是,被告知只有一名厨师?学校假期和银行假期?可笑!将近 3 小时后,我们回到了一个像火炉一样的房间,有一个风扇,但没用,而且有定时器,我的孩子们因为热气而醒了很多,我不敢想象如果真的是这样,这个地方会是什么样子外面很热,我们打开了窗户,这并不理想,因为它位于停车场一侧,所以我的小男孩知道担心有人会来到窗户,因为我们在一楼!我们醒来时感觉就像在城里度过了一个夜晚!我们计划的这一天没有精神焕发,我 7 岁的孩子患有自闭症,睡眠是决定他一天好坏的一个重要因素,我会让你想象他的睡眠不足对我们家庭的一天造成了什么影响!我们从家开车近 4 个小时,我们太累了,9 点去吃早餐,却被告知不再有松饼或羊角面包!缓冲早餐意味着食物不是新鲜烹制的,而是加满的!培根很硬,薯饼很油腻,香肠煮得太熟了,皮从里面脱落了!一名厨师,一名服务员!我不会再呆在这里,我会敦促其他人避免!接待员问我们睡得怎么样,我说我们那里不太热,答案是哦,抱歉。避免
我们只在这里住了一晚,他们的表现超出了我们的预期,房间里为我的两个女儿准备了一些彩色包和饼干,房间里还为她们玩了一个捉迷藏的小游戏。他们还装饰了房间,并给我女儿留下了一张卡片,因为他们知道这是她的生日。我要感谢奥利维亚和比莉所做的一切!
热烈欢迎,干净舒适。早餐很好(虽然没有香肠!)。肯定会推荐。外部区域需要更新,因为它看起来有点不整洁。房间里有供两人使用的家具将不胜感激。
