I have stayed in a vast amount of premier inns over the years but never had quite the welcome as I have at Silverstone. After taking a contract in the area I have become a frequent visitor of this hotel and built up a great relationship with some of the staff. Soxy has and continues to be great on every visit helping with any local advise or just helping out with any issues faced. A huge asset to the team, many thanks.

Soxy and Joy were amazing and a very good asset to the Premier Inn. Friendly and couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable and would highly recommend this Premier Inn!

房间里热得令人难以置信。房间里没有空调。我们有一个风扇，但除了把房门打开，没有其他办法可以让房间降温。我们不会这么做。我从来没有出过这么多汗！而且淋浴不会切换冷水，甚至无法通过这种方式降温。但接待处的金发女士真的很乐于助人，尽管她在那里工作的时间不长，但她比其他员工更能体谅我们。浴室很脏，你可以在地板上看到脚印，不符合高级旅馆通常的清洁度
