Couldn't check in a little early without it costing an extra £15. The WiFi was terrible, I paid extra for the 'premium' WiFi which wouldnt connect to my phone. I had to change room due to a load banging, when I was put in my second room I wasnt given a key so I couldnt leave until check out.

Stayed one night at this hotel with our little girl, first time to hull and what an amazing greeting we had when we arrived by the receptionist Kelsey I think she was called amazing customer service and our little girl loved her big smile and warm welcome, also mention to the evening receptionist Lucy who again amazing customer service and made us feel very welcomed to the area and hotel! The hotel itself is lovely and clean, lovely nights sleep and would stay again if we were to visit the area again.

We found it lovely and quiet , nice staff very helpful and obliging. Good breakfast will good quality ingredients. Spotlessly clean. There was plenty of free parking but you must put your reg in at reception. If I had any complaints it would be that there are no plugs by the beside , I have a piece of medical equipment that I have to plug in at night (I did get an extension from reception) . Also there are no twin bedrooms with a level access showers in fact they only have one disability adapted room and that's a double. Anyone with mobility issues like myself, wanting a twin bedroom, the shower is over the bath making it impossible to take a shower as there are no grab rails by the bath. A fall could be nasty !

I had booked the Meal Deal online hours before arrival and arrived at dinner time (approx 7.30pm). Lady at reception told me I just needed to give my name and room number in bar/restaurant to order dinner. Girl at bar refused to serve me without proof of meal deal in the form of a printed receipt from reception. Went back to reception where lady said she would inform restaurant herself that I was indeed on the Meal Deal. Returned to restaurant, sat waiting for the while and tried ordering again. Girl at bar still refused to serve me without receipt. Returned to reception for third time and lady there actually came with me to ensure I was finally served. About forty-five minutes spent repeatedly queuing and going back and forth between reception and restaurant. Obviously no communication between staff, or proper procedure for checking if a guest is on meal deal. Also very unreasonable and unprofessional to send guest back and forth instead of staff properly sorting their own issue themselves. Hotel itself is fine and comfy, but I would advise against booking the Meal Deal for obvious reasons.
