Hotel as usual is good . BUT didn’t expect to be told you can’t have breakfast when we wanted it , absolute disgrace that hotel guests that have paid a lot of money have to take a back seat to people just coming in off the street for breakfast with Santa . We were told couldn’t have breakfast for at least half hour , which would have made us late for our appointments . Disgusting that folk walking in off the street paying a few quid for breakfast take priority over hotel guests

Had a great stay at this hotel, this was made better by the staff, from start to finish the two ladies (sorry didn’t catch their names) gave a warm welcome where nothing was too much trouble, the meal deal offered is great value and the room was warm and comfortable would highly recommended this hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the orbital in early December. Room was no frills but provided everything needed for a good sleep. Staff were very nice and attentive, both Katie and Louisa were a lovely sight to come back to after a hard day's work. Local amenities are great and with handy access. Recommended.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Staff were all great especially the lady called carol, she was so helpful, couldn’t of asked for more.

我们刚到这里，就想离开了。我们来得有点早，就去酒吧喝了一杯。酒吧里有人在吃饭，所以没有空桌子可以坐。不过餐厅里有空桌子。但经过 200 英里的旅程后，有人告诉我不要坐在那里，去大厅等。发现工作人员对我的家人态度很不好。我们是付费客户，只是想在长途旅行后喝一杯。长途旅行后，要求一个人礼貌友好，并不过分。我希望我入住时情况会有所改善。
我们被一阵噪音吵醒，工作车在清空房间，大喊大叫，把家具拖到大楼后面，就在我们房间的外面，我们从来没有被告知任何工作，客人必须在 12:00 之前离开，所以我们一定是我们那一层楼的唯一客人
员工非常友善，但酒店本身非常陈旧，没有您期望在这个价位的高级酒店中看到的更现代的豪华设施。我们外出时空调开了 2 个小时，房间里热得可怕。这是我很长时间以来睡得最差的一晚！
