45 minutes wait between main course and desert as the chef was struggling, only for the front of house guy to finally figure out we where still waiting to go and make the wrong item…… Made to order breakfast was the chef pre made everything - the warm bacon was as tough as shoe leather and the sausages cheap and nasty. Comfy beds, shame about the food!

Very well located with an easy walk to amenities and a functional atmosphere. Clean nice room with a great bathroom. Quite expensive but it was a late booking. I was warned there might be renovation work but didn’t hear anything at all… lovely and quiet. Good breakfast. The think that stood out was the excellent attitude and professionalism of all the staff - they went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful. This was Kirsty first and foremost, Lucy,l Louise, Ben and Aleena. Big thanks to the team.

这家酒店的价格是 105 英镑，简直是低劣。房间破旧不堪，毫无特色，闷热难耐……没有空调，风扇也坏了。我们 14:00 就入住了。（在支付了 10 英镑的费用后）但不得不等了一个多小时。我们的“超软”枕头上没有密封条，说明已经用过了。接待人员一点也不乐于助人，也不友好！我解释说我们刚从格拉斯哥过来……离这里 300 英里远，他们一点也不关心，试图让我们早点入住房间。我们再也不会回来了。
