Clean and Comfortable room. Good value for money. Excellent customer service, a warm welcome provided and couldn't be more helpful.

On arrival, we found that we had selected the wrong dates. Tom on the reception desk was magnificent. He helped us and rebooked for the night that we actually had requested I'm disabled. And we were shown to a universal disability room. There were no towels in the room. When we spoke to Tom, he went himself and got them for us. I can only say this hotel was very, very helpful with everything that we needed. I would definitely return.

Having arrived here from Cornwall, all I wanted to do was book in & get into my room. I was having a few problems with my mobile & lack of signal, so i rushed in to the reception where i was greeted by Sheldon. He was so helpful & professional & helped me get booked in ( thank you) Great place with fantastic rooms, absolutely fantastic & i highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Additional items supplied promptly. Although no one sitting doing nothing behind the reception, someone came within seconds of pressing the bell. Unfortunately it didn't begin the best due to an issue with scheduled system upgrade/ communication. However the manager came and accepted responsibility and seemed to have a genuine desire to resolve it -;which he did. First time to the area and they got someone with local knowledge to give me some ideas of local hotspots (thanks Jess) but ALL staff were friendly. Food provided by restaurant next door and very reasonable deal given to guests. Lovely view of the port as well. Only reason its not a perfect score is because of the issue in the 1st place.
