The room was comfortable and clean. Happy Hour - in the pub/restaurant, Drinks advertised during happy hour were not available. We weren’t offered alternatives, which was disappointing. Food Service Our ordered food took over a hour to arrive.. food for 4. Very poor service. When it did arrive it was lukewarm! Not acceptable! Breakfast experience wasn’t any better. Coffee machine not functioning… awaiting a bean refill, this took 45minutes for this to be done. Inconvenience for all guests. Toast issues… You can’t have toast without bread… Another 30 minutes before bread was produced. Long delays on ordering breakfast, with a long wait when you had ordered it. One waitresses in a packed restaurant. Our whole experience was marred by service delays and food quality issues.

We stayed at the hotel whilst our car was being repaired; it was not a planned stay but we were accommodated for 2 nights. The room was tired, not perfectly clean but the service more than made up for any failings. Marika (at reception) was wonderful, advising us where to visit, keeping our bags after checking-out time and being very friendly and caring.

A good location with easy access to places like Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, New Forest and the Tank Museum at Bovington. Rooms were clean & comfortable especially the bed. The staff looking after the rooms were very happy to look after our requiments regarding room cleaning along with tea, coffee and milk supples etc.

Great service from the staff on duty, the room was a lovely temperature- not too hot the air con was quiet as it was raining too hard to sleep with the window open I needed it on to keep the room a good temperature

Staff in all departments were readily available and keen to offer good service with a smile. Big shout out to Tara who happily helped us out with some tricky driving directions that we needed. There was plenty of staff on hand even though the Inn had low occupancy. This was good to see as in similar situations elsewhere, staff have been hard to find.

The location is acceptable, although finding the hotel can be slightly confusing as the parking is located behind nearby businesses. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but it is kept very clean. On arrival, I was given a key for a first floor room and only then informed that the lift was out of order. This did not appear to be a new issue, as there were several tired looking notices about it around the hotel. I was not informed of this problem prior to arrival. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels over the years, and while lift issues do occasionally happen, I have always been notified in advance and offered the option to cancel for a full refund or be rebooked at a nearby sister hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. As I have a knee injury, carrying luggage up the stairs was not easy. The room itself was very clean, though dated, with standard Premier Inn amenities. Despite being next to a fairly busy road, the room was very quiet, which was a positive. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn offering and was convenient. The staff were polite, but appeared disengaged and not particularly proactive. Would I return? Honestly, I am not sure. The lack of communication regarding the lift and the general lack of engagement from staff left a poor overall impression.

From the outset on walking into the reception area there was a warm welcome from Silvana when checking in, also a very warm welcome from Eda in the restaurant along with all the other staff on different days of the week.. the rooms are always clean, warm and inviting..
