Julie the chef at breakfast was brilliant. Freshly cooked eggs instead of ones that had been standing ages. Everything was perfectly cooked.

I am a perfect person to ask about Premier Inns as I feel they give so much value for money with possibilities of saving more by booking on line, making a positive booking with no change, etc etc. Chorley North is a gem. On arrival reception had us booked in, and in the room within a few minutes with such a friendly attitude. The room was a wonderful size with a sofa bed, dressing table, plenty of hanging space. Extra bedding if needed. Very comfortable huge bed. TV on the wall. Tea/coffee making facilities. Nice, clean bathroom with some toiletries. Powerful shower, which I love. This hotel doesn’t have a ‘restaurant’ as there is a pub on site but the quaint breakfast room cannot be beaten. Friendly staff who will cook anything special that you may need. Why would you though, everything is there freshly cooked. If ever we are back ‘up north’ then Premier Inn Chorley North will have us, as visitors, again, Finally, thank you to all the staff for a nice two night stay. See you soon.

Stopped here for breakfast . Small cosy restaurant, welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the best I have ever eaten in a premier inn ( and we have stayed in many ) All food exceptional quality freshly cooked and well presented . Would highly recommend . Special thanks to the chef .

员工培训不足，故障的火警警报器在空房间里响起，花了整整一个小时才关掉。我投诉睡眠被吵醒，无法再次入睡，但他们置之不理。明明他们应该有提供优质睡眠的方案，却拒绝履行。10.99美元的无限量早餐绝对不值，食物过熟，味道很差。千万别来，找其他酒店吧，别浪费钱。另外，301/309房间所在的建筑，打开大门，里面的门结构不安全，缝隙很大，非常危险，需要当地市政部门进行安全检查。我拍了视频记录了这里的安全隐患。
我们来过这家酒店几次，但我们一直是Premier Inn的长期常客。上次入住体验很棒，但这次却截然不同。我们被分配到的房间（101）里弥漫着浓重的烟味，从楼梯上都能闻到。如果你在9月16日/17日左右入住过101房间，我真心希望Premier Inn能给你一次彻底的清洁和赔偿。你们也应该好好了解一下“禁止吸烟”的含义。我们被换到了另一个房间，虽然还算可以，但是电视坏了，而且只有一条毛巾。早餐也很令人失望，但公平地说，Premier Inn现在故意降低早餐质量，却还想让我们付更多钱。这不仅仅是这家酒店的问题。唯一值得称赞的是前台工作人员，他们非常出色。我们不会再来了。
办理入住手续非常糟糕，花了20多分钟。前台接待员搞不清楚我们预订了多少间房，因为有其他客人和我们同姓，尽管我们反复解释，她还是没弄明白。房间太热，而且很难调节温度。开着窗户噪音很大，几乎没睡好。
不值得花钱和费心思住这里。酒店需要好好维护，员工也需要接受服务培训。食物充其量也就是温的，仅此而已。又便宜又差，价格却贵得离谱。这辈子都不会再来了。
楼上房间的噪音吵得我一夜没睡，听起来像是沉重的脚步声，看来墙壁很薄。餐厅的饭菜非常糟糕，菜单本来就选择有限，却有三道主菜和一道开胃菜都缺货。我们以后应该不会再来了。
这家酒店符合Premier Inn一贯的水准，员工非常热情友好。但是，千万不要入住103号房间。它位于前台楼上，非常吵闹，因为有两个门供其他客人使用，尤其是在酒店繁忙的夜晚，简直是噩梦般的睡眠。前台表示理解，但很遗憾他们也无能为力，建议我们投诉。然而，他们最终没有受理我们的投诉。由于睡眠不足，这次入住体验非常糟糕。
