Clean room, friendly staff, good car parking. Next to a greene king pub offering carvery and full menu. 2 floors. Quiet spacious rooms. Would choose this hotel again

Disgusting place! Stinks of smoke, cigarette butt's at main entrance. Dingy building and car park. Inside gets worse. Tired, smells like a nursing home. Hairs on the bed, 1 towel for family of 3. They did move us but no hypnose mattresses here and slept so badly my partner was walking round the building at 3am. Good night sleep guarantee, dont ne fooled by Premier Inn. They dont care once they take your £72 for something that was less than a 2 star hotel. Never ever stay here, booked Bolton Stadium Premier inn. I tried to move here and pay extra but would t help with that either.

Bed and pillows was muah! Customer assistance was great. They were very polite and assisted me with directions to the local supermarket.

Wonderful ,everything and everyone was wonderful, staff couldn't do enough for us , the hotel is next to a fabulous bar and wacky warehouse, the location was perfect for us . Thank you premier inn West bolton and a special thank you to Adele who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

3 night stay with work whilst on nights out of area. Was an issue with the booking (not the hotels fault) but the reception team especially were so helpful. Adele was amazing going above and beyond- very greatful

I have been staying in hotels all my life and cant remember having to eat breakfast (which I paid for in advance before 9am.) They sent me to another premier inn a mile or so away however I had to pay again when I got there. We were in room 1 which stank of damp and despite the small electric radiator it was very cold. My wife and I were both bitten during the night it was awful next to the BEE HIVE pub.
