Excellent room, restaurant, and staff. Good location and excellent value for money. Free car parking, safe and well lit. Excellent experience overall.

We were staying at another Premier Inn who could not offer breakfast one morning and Bethany kindly agreed for us to eat here. It was a lovely experience, great food and lovely staff. It was really busy but everything was quickly topped up and nothing ran short, chef was rushed off his feet but smiling and singing as he brought out more and more lovely fresh food, with delicious soft fried eggs and crispy bacon. A real treat, thank you.

Well this was our third time at this hotel and feel totally disappointed with our stay having booked in August for 1 night plus meal deal for two at a cost of £207 we found out if we booked on day we could have got it £157 . We wa given our keys and went up to the room to find marks that looked like blood on the pillow case and a tissue under the bed , reported it reception and gave us another pillow case when we got back up to the room we discovered this one had a rust mark on it we decided not to use second pillow . We went down for dinner with friends at five pm as we was planning to go out early sat down and waited for the staff to take orders two other couples followed us in sat down and the staff proceeded to take the orders from them first we finally got some service at 5.15 when our friends wife complained to the manager, I know it's newyears eve but it's not good service for a premier inn and this will be the last time we book into the beach blackpool we expect more from a major brand .

A lovely Twixmas break. We booked 2 nights as a break to visit the extended illuminations. The hotel is well located for the pleasure Beach and although a fair walk from the Central pier area, it was excellent value for money for the 2 nights with breakfast for everyone.

spotless on cleaning, even the grounds outside, one negative but was not the stay, a girl cleaning outside in marigold gloves, should have litter picker and cut proof gloves as she was picking stuff around windows and hedges, could be sharps around staff, perfect, parking perfect, warm rooms, great location for a garage and snacks, reasonable, we booked again

We stayed here recently whilst visiting family over Xmas. We have stayed at many Premier Inns and this one was by far the worst. The room was really big compared to other Premier rooms we've stayed in but as soon as you walked through the door you were hit with the smell of damp. You could see obvious damp on the ceiling. The bedding was also damp. The bathroom skirting was really badly scuffed and the bed headboard was damaged too. The communal areas also weren't clean. Previously we have stayed at Travelodge when visiting family. Next time I think we'll do that again and give this place a miss.

Writing on behalf of my parents, who refuse to get an account but insist on a positive review! They found this Premier Inn a good base for exploring the area. There was some noise from the road and fellow guests but this cannot be helped. They were especially impressed with Josh in the breakfast room, noting he was upbeat in the morning, friendly, and very helpful
