Stayed here for valentines weekend fab hotel ,very clean and comfy staff couldnt do enough . Location lovely beautiful highly recommend x

Came here for a week again to catch up with friends and celebrate my friends birthday. Everything went well couple of nights keep hearing people outside my window early hours (or noises) which woke me up and tried to keep go back to sleep. Couple of times I changed the towels from reception. I would recommend this premier inn hotel.Also I recommend having the meal deals on the on-site beefeater unless you’re going out to other restaurants in town. But you can’t adjust the dates when you want the meal deals but I managed to adjust when you arrive at reception and select flex and pay on arrival when you book online.

The Premier Inn at Arundel is an A1 place for a weekend stay, probably the best PI of many we have stayed in. The staff are welcoming, smiley and very helpful. Everything works well and if you need help you get it. Breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater is just as good. Great cooking and buffet. Plus a team there to ensure you have great meals - again welcoming, smiley and very helpful. We had a great time - THANK YOU.

Convenient location for the mid section of The South Down Way. Bells from local convent ring every morning! Hotel is a bit dated and in need up upgrading Our sink plug got jammed and no one could fix it! Couldn’t move to another room as no twin rooms available. Free parking is very welcome. Price is good with the meal deal Staff very friendly Room comfortable

We wanted a hotel near Bognor Regis as we were going to spend time at Butlins. Booking in was easy it was nice to see a receptionist when we booked in. We had a family room which was very spacious and clean so it was great value. We did not hear any other residents whilst we were there so we all had a good nights sleep. Having the Beefeater there was good so we could have a drink when we arrived and our breakfast in the morning before we departed. It was the second time that we have used this Premier Inn. Great experience.

I stayed at the Premier Inn for one night while visiting Arundel. It was in a good location and it was a nice place to stay and relax after spending the day sightseeing. It was definitely good value for money. Thank you.

As others have said, it could do with a redec but rooms are fine. Comfy beds and great temperature for us. One receptionist was really lovely, the other a bit sniffy. Plenty of parking. Room was quite noisy as on A27 and only single glazed, but great location wise. Food is available in Beefeater next door, but can't recommend it.

I use Premier Inn a lot and know what to expect. Check In on App speed things up at reception. Car Park system did not recognise my Personal NUmber Plate though but reception sorted that. Room was cold and could not turn it up for some reason..?? Bed was great and warm. Nice Breakfast with lots of choice. Will continue to use for Business 1 night stays.

An experience of extremes. The staff in both Beefeater and Premier inn were amazing. How they keep people visiting is a miracle. For whatever reason the company who owns or is selling this building should be embarrassed . Both hotel and Restaurant are soooooooo run down. Pay for lots of market research and appear to do nothing.
