This is my second stair of this hotel and once again it was beautifully clean and the team were really attentive to all your needs

Went with our family for 2 days and probably the best service from a premier inn I’ve ever received. Kind and helpful the entire time and staff were perfect would definitely go back

Everything you need provided in the room. Good standard of cleaning and furnishing. Welcoming staff in reception and in the restaurant. Decent food (though some more veggie options would be welcome). Excellent value for money.

Rooms clean and tidy and got a great night's sleep for the whole week. I was booked in for breakfast and was looked after by Sian who was fantastic and ensured I had what I needed-many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Premier Inns experiences depend on good staff. This team was excellent in both the hotel and restaurent. Location near M4 makes it easy to find.

Post code given sends you off the roundabout the wrong way, so hard to find. Room smelled musty, possibly people smoking in here. Staff quickly sprayed with aerosol but smell didn't go! Table Table restaurant very good with helpful and friendly staff. Road works going in which restrict parking.

Basic facility with clean rooms. Welcome was pleasant. Parking is bit small. The hotel wifi and internet is atrocious. It isn't even fit to use for email. I measured 0.6 MB download and 0.4 MB upload speeds. In 2025 this just isn't acceptable. In fact, I've had faster internet since 1994. There is almost no EE signal at the building as well, so mobile signals are poor.
