Trip down for the rugby and the staff were great! From Emma and Emily on reception (also Emma’s sister sorry forgotten your name!) the whole team are great! They were super welcoming and always so friendly! Something some hotels lack but this was really appreciated ! The restaurant staff too are great and would recommend the breakfast! Sorry for losing 37 key cards during my 3 nights 😂

Friendly welcoming reception staff which is exactly what we wanted after a 5 hour drive down. Room spotlessly clean and the bathroom looked recently refurbished. Standard Premier Inn comfy bed and excellent shower! WiFi was easy to connect to and we had a good signal. The breakfast on both mornings was beautifully cooked and there was lots of choice. We also ate in the evening at the adjoining pub and enjoyed the choices and the service. Overall great value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. We recommend it!

We love this hotel as a night away as a couple. But this time the room had a funny smell and we paid for WiFi and after trying ( for an hour) and going back and for for help from reception still no luck. £5 wasted ( which I think WiFi should come as standard. Kinda put a damper on things.

Everything was amazing, staff were lovely from reception to housekeeping. A very hard working team indeed! The rooms were clean and it was an all around cheap and good stay!

Went with our family for 2 days and probably the best service from a premier inn I’ve ever received. Kind and helpful the entire time and staff were perfect would definitely go back
