I was delighted with the clean, comfortable and cool room after a long day on the road. I have stayed at this hotel before and will return in the future. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and even contain a fridge. They are set around a courtyard which acts as a car park and I have never had any problem with the parking. The building is one storey so you do not have to worry about noise from above. Each entrance serves only two rooms so there is very little “traffic” from other guests. Recommended. (For absolute clarity, my review is based on my room rate which was £62 per night. I note that the room rate fluctuates considerably and there are times when it is considerably more than this.) There are some interesting comments below. My perspective on the comments is as follows: a) The hotel is exactly like the picture of it that I saw. b) The hotel has never cancelled a booking that I have made (I am a repeat customer). c) There are clear notices in the room and in reception asking you to leave the key on the desk in the room when you check-out. I have always been told this on check-in, as well. d) It is possible to lock the door from the inside to prevent cleaners etc coming in without your permission. e) There are various establishments very close by if you need to buy a meal. Road signs say that the city centre is only 3 miles away.

THE ROOM WAS OK CLEAN AND TIDY WITH GOOD PARKING. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO AT RECEPTION WAS PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS LOOKING A BIT TIRED BUT OTHER THEN THAT WE BOTH HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
THE DOOR INTO THE ROOM WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND WAS NOISY TO CLOSE AND THE ROOM NEXT TO US HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.
OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS WELL PRICED FOR ONE NIGHT HENCE THE THREE STARS.

Room smells damp the floor in bathroom wet and carpet into bathroom wet. Mold in the bathroom shower freezing cold.

Appalling customer service and awful rooms
We stayed in a family room that was non smoking but it smelt of smoke as soon as we entered the room, the central heating didn’t work and were left with a small electric plug in heater. Despite this, we stayed the night as it was too late to find somewhere else. When we checked out and travelled 4 hours back home we realised we had left our sons baby blanket in the room so we called the receptionist who was very unhelpful and didn’t seem very concerned or bothered as he did not even ask what the blanket looked like. He claimed he went to look in the room and could not see it but he would talk to housekeeping in the morning as they had already left. We got no call back and so I had to chase next morning to which I was told that house keeping had thrown the blanket in the trash as they thought it was dirty. It was clearly a baby blanket and very sentimental to my son so why would you not keep it in lost property? I asked them to look for it in the bin and the receptionist said there was too much trash to see it, I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of respect or policy for lost and found items, throwing it away without holding onto it for at least a day or something? Now I will have to tell my son his baby blanket has been thrown away which he will be extremely upset about, this is horrendous customer service never stay here!

Stayed here a few times working away, always cold, given electric radiators but this time they was a condom floating in the toilet. Knew the rooms didn’t get cleaned properly as bottles and fries still under the bed but a confom floating in the toilet is disgusting. Never again

我住的房间（20号房）窗帘上有很多灰尘。那天晚上我得了严重的喉咙痛，而且窗外的景色很糟糕，外面扔了很多垃圾，我觉得这破坏了整个视野。
酒店还不错，但有点旧了，需要翻新一下。淋浴喷头固定不住，老是掉下来。员工挺友好的。
即使开了暖气，房间还是很冷，浴室可能没有打扫干净，房间里的桌子也没有打扫干净。
