I have stayed for 29 nights for an interim time before my moving, it’s a super comfy hotel with super responsible people around. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay if they request a hotel nearby Beaconsfield. The bus station is also nearby, which is super convenient for commute in a day.

Building work which we were notified off but was very extensive with many workers vans permanently parked in all parking spaces. Customers have to walk from very top carpark in poor lighting. Curtain rail fell off wall as curtains being opened

Outrageous! After travelling 5 hours, we arrive to 2 family rooms completely riddled with black mould. Currently waiting in reception for them to clean 2 new rooms. Can't be blamed.on building works as its a different building

A last minute stay booked for me and my 3 children. Staff was very helpful, the beds comfy, and the shower amazing. Great value for money with the breakfast with kids eating free. Room was clean, and tidy. WiFi was great too.n

I have stayed at the Papermill many times before and it has always been reasonable - this time however it was awful. The room is tired and shabby, the TV did not work, no hot water on the day of my departure and the bed was uncomfortable. I ate in the restaurant and my food was dry and tasteless certainly not worth the £20 I spent on it.

Malik. And Alfi were exception and nothing was too much trouble. A v great experience. Our stay was also very good. The accommodation was excellent.
