I have stayed at the Papermill many times before and it has always been reasonable - this time however it was awful. The room is tired and shabby, the TV did not work, no hot water on the day of my departure and the bed was uncomfortable. I ate in the restaurant and my food was dry and tasteless certainly not worth the £20 I spent on it.

Malik. And Alfi were exception and nothing was too much trouble. A v great experience. Our stay was also very good. The accommodation was excellent.

Great location and great service from Malik at check in. Highly recommended. Clean with ample parking. Well located for Windsor, London and High Wycombe.

The location is very good near motorway. However it's in a quiet residential area so quiet and peaceful. The hotel is under refurbishment so parking a problem. The breakfast when I went was a disappointment being dried up and more or less inedible.

This hotel is amazing value!! So clean, quiet and cozy. And the service is truly top notch. Kul saved me by helping me find a room very late. She was so accommodating and helped me feel very safe. Thanks Kul and Premier Inn!!

Amazing location up the hill . Lovely hotel staff who gave water on arrival & booked our dinner at breakfast. Spacious and clean comfortable bed and room . Free car parking & WiFi

This has gone downhill, it is very tired and in need of refurbishment. Car park is a building site in places, builders vans (which need to be on site of course) in disabled spaces. Might have been sensible to reduce occupancy. TV reception unwatchable. Feels like PI did very well, cornered a large section of the market and gave up on customers.
