The reception was warm and friendly. The room was clean and adequately warm. The WI-FI did not work. I brought my 5G router with and that too did not work in the room. The £5 Wi-Fi was weak about as good as any non-paid Wi-Fi. There are little things that are missing that used to be in the room. cups for a drink of water and for brushing one's teeth. No sanitation bag for the ladies. There used to be tissues, gone. There is only body wash no shampoo. The body was is watered down. Things to think about before booking here: and Uber to the Docks one way £44 and more!! Given it is 4.5 miles, a 11 minute ride.

Brilliant stay in perfect location just off the M5. Ideal when travelling South to visit family. Rooms spotless and staff were amazing, couldn’t help enough! Breakfast was just what was needed and free parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend as the perfect stop over!

Back again with work and had another excellent stay. Can’t fault the staff or the hotel. Clean and friendly and loads of free parking.

Overall Premier Inn we're good, unfortunately the lift wasn't working But more importantly on our last morning 13/12/25 there was no hot water so unable to shower and had to boil multiple kettles for a ***** was bearing in mind we were going on to a family do.

原先预订的酒店，没房了，只能就近随便预订一间。酒店外观看着还行，只是，英国🇬🇧订的双床房，居然是一大一小的床🛏️，父亲和儿子的房间，只能偏矮的父亲睡小床。房间内除了上厕所用的卷纸，连桌上使用的纸巾都没有，可想而知的经济房了。前台也是一直没有服务员，服务也是一般。
住得非常满意。房间很干净，早餐也很棒。性价比真的很高，肯定会再来。
价格非常合理，房间大小也很适合家庭活动室，强烈推荐。
不错的酒店，满足您对尊贵型酒店的所有期望。停车场、舒适的床、空调，早餐也不错。浴室可以改进，但还算可以维护。
