If just like to say that me my husband , daughter and my twin boys visited this premier inn on 31/1-1/2- I’d just like to say how lovely the guy who was front of house in the restaurant was - nothing was too much for him , he was smiley , friendly and was very approachable - I think he needs to know how valued he is - Thankyou

The booking of the room was straight forward but they lacked in offering accessibility options as this facility doesn't have a lift. The room itself wasn't too bad but the sink plug was stuck so we had to use the tap from the bath. There was no plug socket near the bed to plug in phone. There was no working fan so the room got really steamed and its not ideal when your trying to get ready. Staff on arrival were really polite and helpful but on departure there wasn't anyone there at the front desk to complainto. We met a member of staff on our way out was not asked if everything was okay with our stay and left very uneased with our stay. Not worth the money we paid. First time we've used them since covid and it wasn't the greatest of stays.

Really cold! End of Jan ‘26 and the window was wide open. Room temp 15°. Turned the thermostat up but nothing happens. Not sure if it’s on a timer but the room is too cold to stay in. Stayed here 20 years ago and it was really nice but now the hotel looks tired and unkept. Not what it used to be.

Absolutely outstanding stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and super comfortable — we slept like babies after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our visit special. Special shoutout to Mouli, who was an absolute star on the 26th January — his warm welcome, helpful recommendations, and genuine care made our check-in smooth and our whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mouli, for the fantastic service! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, the facilities were top-notch, and the location is brilliant for exploring the area. Great value for such high-quality hospitality. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Gravesend. Highly recommend — this place truly deserves every one of these 5 stars!

Wonderful first stay at this location, very welcoming and warm receptionist. Clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure stay. Thanks again 👍🏻
卧室热得让人受不了。我知道天气很热，但酒店只提供风扇吹着热气，热气实在太难受了。而且显然出于安全考虑，窗户只能开几英寸。如果我知道这家酒店没有空调，我绝对不会住在这里。跟其他客人说餐厅有空调，但那里冷得要命。我们不得不用冷水浸湿毛巾敷在身上，好让我和女儿保持足够的温度。我一夜没睡。淋浴的水也时冷时热。台灯也坏了。酒店一共120英镑，不含早餐。我再也不会浪费这么多钱了。为了女儿的生日，我取消了这次旅行。
员工很棒。问题是太热。他们已经尽力了，每个房间都装了风扇，所有窗户都开着。但Premier Inn这么大的酒店，竟然没有投资空调，真让我吃惊。以这个房价来说，空调应该包含在内。
房间太热了，像桑拿房一样。根本没有空调。办理入住的工作人员穿着政治口号，犹太客人肯定很害怕。
床上用品很棒，地理位置优越，距离哈利波特主题公园10分钟路程。餐厅就在街对面。早餐不错。
这家酒店很适合在游览哈利波特主题酒店时短暂停留，酒店距离哈利波特主题酒店大约10分钟车程。房间非常干净，空间也足够我们四个人入住——一切都符合Premier Inn一贯的高水准。酒店提供免费且充足的停车位。16岁以下儿童可免费享用早餐。员工非常友好。唯一的不足是：酒店客满时，早餐室显得太小，我们错过了伦敦Premier Inn的新鲜水果沙拉。午餐时间前台无人值守，我们按了门铃，但没有人来。我们会再次预订这家酒店。👍
