A lovely one night visit to the Ross on wye hotel. Great evening meal and breakfast, with super friendly and efficient staff covering the dining room and bar, as well as reception! Room very clean, bed comfortable and temperature just right - all in all a really good value and enjoyable stay - thank you!

More of a Travelodge than a Premier Inn. It was functional and the staff were friendly however, after putting my car registration in at the counter I still received a penalty notice. Despite being there for less than 24 hours in total you still have to register your car each calendar day. Who'd have thought that people stay overnight at a hotel!

Premier inns are great but don't rely on EV charging. We use premier inns often as the standard is always good, we always have nice clean comfortable rooms and the breakfasts are excellent. I originally planned to charge my EV there. Fortunately we had popped into the dealership earlier and charged up there as the EV charging bays at the hotel were both blocked. one with a non charging vehicle and the other a diesel transit. The apps will say there are 2 points available to use but they can still be blocked by inconsiderate motorists! Plan not to be able to rely on them as the hotel have no control over vehicles blocking there use.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and the reception area, bedroom and bathroom are clean and lovely ... BUT ... Be aware the adjoining Beefeater has now closed and the only place to eat is in the in-house "Social" room. During our stay there were only two staff members working in the evening. This was a Friday and 3 weeks before Christmas, so a busy time. One staff member was in the kitchen, the other was running between checking-in at reception, taking food and drink orders, serving at the bar, settling bills, waiting on tables, and helping in the kitchen when the cook looked like she was having a breakdown! They were both doing their very best and are probably on minimum wage, so I sympathise and have no issue with them. We had reserved a table and ordered food, but after 90mins without a sign of a meal we abandoned it and walked half a mile along a busy road to KFC. The bar had also run out of any draught beer. The following morning there was adequate staff numbers and breakfast was a completely different experience. Please treat your staff better Premier Inn. This was completely unacceptable!

Rooms as expected, dining, poor menu choice especially for fish or vegetarian, also a lot of things not available, tiny tables, not recommended

The hotel is in the middle of being renovated, and our room was one of the renovated rooms which was very clean and tidy. We have previously stayed in this hotel, but our experience overall this time was very different. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant next door, but on this occasion it was closed. We were not advised of this at the time of booking. On arrival we were an hour early we enquired if the room was ready the receptionist didn’t answer that question but said if she checked us in there would be an additional £15 early check in charge. We declined and returned later. On return we left our personal belongings in the room and asked if the receptionist could call a taxi, to which she replied no there were numbers in reception we could call, no numbers were visible. Having paid £10 per person for a breakfast we were asked what time we wanted we booked for 10.45 we arrived at 10.30 on arrival for breakfast there was now a place in the hotel for breakfast. It was buffet style, bacon was over cooked, scrambled eggs were very rubbery, mushrooms part cooked. Once again previously it was cooked to order. Half way through breakfast, the staff started clearing up and making us feel uncomfortable so much so we left just after 11.00. We’d previously been told that breakfast was unlimited and serves until 12.00. We’d previously suggest that information should be clearer on booking, there is no bar you can use on or near the premises.

Stayed here on the way to Cardiff. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The room had everything you could need, was large and well thought out. Good shower. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again and with Premier Inn again. Ross on Wye is close by (driving distance) and such a pretty place with lots of shops and independent shops and restaurants, would like to re-visit.

Had a great time in Ross-on Wye, starting point and ending point was the Premier Inn - great first impression, warm welcome from the girl at reception. Only down point, and it is minor was she wasn't able to call a taxi, but she did offer a list of numbers. Hotel was clean, comfy which is all I needed!
入住是为了参加该地区的一场婚礼。很失望没有酒吧设施。接待人员非常乐于助人。
