I had a very comfy bed, good ADJUSTABLE temperature in the room, not too many sounds around, very nice people at breakfast and reception, good overall experience. I hated the shower and the impossibility to use the shower head to avoid washing my hair. Very nice staff.

Stayed as a solo traveller and was made to feel so welcome and well looked after. Having checked in late, the night porter was really friendly and explained everything nicely. The room was lovely and quiet, large and comfortable. Loved the Bayliss and Harding toiletries which gave a touch of luxury. Room and common areas so clean and homely. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome at breakfast with the lady serving there being especially friendly and attentive. It was clear some of the breakfast customers are regulars which shows what a lovely place this is. Would definitely stay again!

Went for a team breakfast. Classic fry up which was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly! Would definitely go again and would certainly recommend!

我们住过很多家Premier Inn酒店，但这家的7号房是我们住过的最差的房间。它比一般的房间小得多，尤其是浴室，简直比渡轮上的浴室还小。我们住的那一晚，浴室里的排气扇嗡嗡响了一整夜；它装了一个Saniflow系统，噪音很大；旁边还有一台空调，整晚都在不停地启动和停止；房间紧挨着厨房，所以我们一大早就被准备早餐的工作人员吵醒了，而且窗台上还有一大堆死苍蝇。总之，这是一次非常糟糕的体验。我们本来可以也应该要求换房，但我们到达的时候已经很晚了，而且旅途劳顿，只想好好休息。第二天早上我们跟经理反映了这些问题，经理却莫名其妙地说Premier Inn正在进行翻新计划，但他们的房间不在翻新名单上。建议我们联系Premier Inn总部。从其他评论来看，我相信其他房间会更好，但如果你打算入住这家酒店，尽量避开7号房。
