Lovely hotel. Friendly Staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Easy to locate and parking is on site and free. I want to also say how professional, friendly and lovely the receptionist, Lisa was. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in the area.

Great service as soon as we arrived allowed us to check in early and get to our room, the staff were very welcoming and polite as soon as we arrived couldn’t recommend a better place to get to the footy.

Great stay at Rainhill as usual. Very nice staff at a great Premier Inn. Very handy pub next door for meals and drinks with friends. Sorry to hear it is being sold, we will miss the place as we stay a few times a year visiting family.

Great few nights stay here, from the minute I arrived the reception staff couldn't do enough for us we found them to very helpful through out our stay, this was one of the best premier inns we've stayed in for a while and we stay in a lot of them.
