The hotel itself was really good however the coffee machine leaked everywhere it's not the first time its happened in a premier plus room!! There was an issue when it rained as there was a piece of gutter leaking that kept me awake for ages!! The food was great and so are the staff!!

Excellent trip. Good food and drink. Hotel enormous but very good, very large room. The Beefeater restaurant is good - even better if you're using vouchers. As a party of 6 we saved over £100 using these vouchers across 2 nights! Breakfast is good also. Plenty to have and being Unlimited we made sure we were well and truly stuffed before our journey home. Will most definitely be back in the future!

Great location, sea view, although quite windy in January! Everything as you'd expect in a Premier, comfy bed, standard bathroom, friendly staff, fried eggs made an hour in advance, shockingly slow wifi. So mostly good.

Great location. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Bathroom could have done with a freshen up, as there were scuff marks on paintwork and lighting was great. Staff we're generally friendly and helpful. Scaffolding did spoil my view but I do accept that this can't be helped. Food was great, but certain aspects of it were cold. Clean hotel. I would recommend regardless of my negative experience and will return next time I'm in Torquay.

Just back from this hotel. This is in a idea location and we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights over new year. We had the Premier plus rooms but not happy with it at all. The room was the Farthest away 3rd floor from reception and the restaurant. The fridge is not a fridge it is a cooler and it was very poor, so we never used it. The unlimited WiFi was rubbish and we used the free one as better. The carpet was dirty in places and marks. The coffee machine only got warm not hot so did not use that. I don't think the rooms feel any bigger or better but apparently they are. In the future I will go back to standard rooms. Torquay is a nice place but there is a lot better hotels. We plan to go back the Torquay next new year but find another hotel.

The room was dirty and disgusting. Look like the bedsheets had poo on them. Been coming here for years. Just put a complaint in and got photos to back it up. Come back early when we found it couldn’t stop here no longer.

We stayed here as it was very convenient for the bay of lights, The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Arrived at our room and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom which was sorted straight away, later in the evening I noticed toothpaste over the tap, the mirror had fingerprints over it, the bedside table had a sticky drink wasted on it and there was a fruit shoot bottle under the bed.

My stay was actually perfect the front of house team was really warm and welcoming back of house team done an amazing job with the room lovely and clean thank you that perfect I ordered a bed for my place

一次极其糟糕的体验，客服服务太差劲了。
我抵达时无法办理入住，因为前台工作人员告诉我没有预付款。我出示了携程预订付款证明和银行对账单，但工作人员却要求我直接将这些复印件发送给酒店高级管理人员以证明付款。我拒绝了，然后争执起来，等待的顾客目睹了一切，显得很尴尬。
我用现金支付了房费，然后等了一整天，工作人员才确认款项已付，并给我退了款，但全程没有任何道歉。
没有早餐。
预订人员承认，Premier Inn 酒店网站一直有问题。我预订了两晚，但只预订到了一天的早餐。网站不允许预订早餐。酒店工作人员提出让我额外支付早餐费，但我第二晚的房费已经比第一晚（含早餐）贵了。到那时我已经非常生气了，所以我们没吃早餐就退房了。
无线网络无法使用。
我和我妻子的手机都无法连接到无线网络。我给酒店的互联网服务提供商发了邮件，最终才有了服务。前台工作人员尝试了一个多小时也未能解决问题。
酒店老旧，装修过时。
整个酒店的装修看起来都很陈旧，迫切需要翻新和现代化的配色方案升级。地毯、人造木地板和窗帘看起来都非常老旧。
