Cannot rate this place highly enough. The rooms are great especially the premier plus rooms, well worth the extra cash! The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Rooms comfy, wi-fi excellent. Breakfast is tasty and lots of choice. Location is on the seafront so central to everything. My only complaint is you have to pay for parking.

genuinely one of the worst nights sleep of my life, i love a premier inn yet this was the worst place ive ever stayed. i put in a complaint about the state of the bedding which was then referred back to me as “small stains” which is an understatement and thumping and scraping sounds throughout the night… personally disgusting in a premium room

Lovely location, big room, comfortable bed, good hot shower This time the room was very cold and could not get the heating up. Also the bathroom was I heated and freezing. Rubbish left about in reception area and entrance

We were visiting for one night to see a show at the nearby theatre abd princippaly we chose on location but also had been offered a great deal with a Premier Plus room and breakfast for £50 - so it became an obvious choice. Parking was ok , though a little distant from the reception, thankfully the weather was dry. Reception was busy, a combination of visitors due to the half term and the show nearby in the Princess Theatre which was sold out. Room was smashing, quiet, clean and with more facilites than we actually required. Good nights sleep followed by a resonable breakfast added up overall to a very good visit.

We’ve stayed here several times in a premier plus room. We had no bottled water so popped down to reception, this was easily rectified. The bathroom smelt of urine, the toilet seat was dirty. The bathroom tiles were dirty. There was a dirty mark of some description on the bathroom door frame. There was a dirty mark by the bin on the skirting board and cup marks in the window frame. I’m not convinced the room was cleaned, hesitant to book again. How all of this can be missed is very surprising.

We arrived on friday 6th Feb for birthday weekend, was checked in by lovely lady blonde hair and glasses honestly she was so lovely and a credit to you, we had a Seaview room and they'd put chocolate etc in for my birthday was so kind..room spotless and bed amazing and view was perfect ..I can't thank you enough for making it a perfect weekend ..will be returning later in year 🥰

Really friendly staff and helpful maintenance man. Very clean hotel and easy to navigate around . Lovely sea view. Would recommend to all.

Had a Lovely stay, great view from the room overlooking the sea, good location to get into the town. Very polite staff and a very helpful maintenance man when my tv wasn’t working

床很舒服，睡得很好，就是醒来时闻到那股味道不太舒服，就像之前说的。
早餐还行吧，不过我吃过更好的。
一次极其糟糕的体验，客服服务太差劲了。
我抵达时无法办理入住，因为前台工作人员告诉我没有预付款。我出示了携程预订付款证明和银行对账单，但工作人员却要求我直接将这些复印件发送给酒店高级管理人员以证明付款。我拒绝了，然后争执起来，等待的顾客目睹了一切，显得很尴尬。
我用现金支付了房费，然后等了一整天，工作人员才确认款项已付，并给我退了款，但全程没有任何道歉。
没有早餐。
预订人员承认，Premier Inn 酒店网站一直有问题。我预订了两晚，但只预订到了一天的早餐。网站不允许预订早餐。酒店工作人员提出让我额外支付早餐费，但我第二晚的房费已经比第一晚（含早餐）贵了。到那时我已经非常生气了，所以我们没吃早餐就退房了。
无线网络无法使用。
我和我妻子的手机都无法连接到无线网络。我给酒店的互联网服务提供商发了邮件，最终才有了服务。前台工作人员尝试了一个多小时也未能解决问题。
酒店老旧，装修过时。
整个酒店的装修看起来都很陈旧，迫切需要翻新和现代化的配色方案升级。地毯、人造木地板和窗帘看起来都非常老旧。
