Clean, comfortable, but basic. What else can I say - handy for buses to & from Glasgow (40 minute journey). Breakfast was OK, but breakfast room was soulless - having TV on was very offputting. Staff pleasant & OK. I wouldn't eat at the adjacent "pub" - that was dire.

Spent 1 night as we were up for a funeral. Very friendly and professional staff at the desk on arrival. We were in room 4 which had a double and a single bed. Plenty of room, carpet was clean, room was clean, bed immaculate. I could smell damp but only when I got into bed but couldn't find the source. I know they are having work done so I didn't mention it. Bathroom was spotless as was the bath. We had cooked breakfast next morning. The lady in there was lovely and very friendly. You could have as much of each item as you wanted but its made for you so nice and fresh. We helped ourselves to coffee, toast, juice and croissants and filled up for the day. The food was really nice. Checkout is at 12 and the lady on the desk then was again, professional, friendly and polite. Cannot fault any of the staff we met here they were all lovely. I highly recommend this premier inn.

A disappointing stay. I had been warned the lift was not working but, the hall and corridors were grubby due to ongoing repair work. The bedroom had a horrible stale smell which made me feel the carpet was not clean. The bed was comfortable and the toilet clean but this hotel is very tired and jaded and long overdue a refurbishment. The TV was not working due to a known signal issue but, I was not advised of this on booking or checking-in. I have stayed here previously as the location has been convenient but, I would not stay again. There are many other hotels charging less, with better facilities and closer to the city centre.

The room was generally fine apart from a badly peeling counter edge. It was large (not complaining about that) but it made it seem under-furnished and a bit unwelcoming. Nice, clean, recently refurbished bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower. BUT: awful noise from room above, continuous clumping and bumping from feet. and at 5:30 in the morning a fan started up with a noise like a rocket and was still running when I left the room at 9am. And more clumping from above. No way I could get back to sleep. Dreadful night. They couldn't move me for the second night (hotel was full) which fortunately was less noisy.

I really don’t understand the recent good reviews. Staff is nice and area is convenient. I had to stay there a few times for work and every time room was cold, very noisy radiator, black mould and dust on walls in the bedroom (room on top floor) and in the bathroom. They are currently refurbishing the elevator but should really refurbish the whole place! Very disappointed, usually premier inn are better than this.

One of the reasons I book with Premier Inn is that I really like to know what I am getting! This one is no exception - as always, it's very good value for money. As an added bonus, it's well set back from the road so it's blissfully quiet at night. We stayed for 3 nights - Suzanne was on reception for part of our stay and is such a lovely welcoming person. Breakfast was a particular highlight - efficient, friendly smiley service and a delicious selection. We would certainly stay again and are happy to recommend it.

Excellent hotel Guy on reception was very welcoming. Lovely warm , clean comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast.Well run breakfast room. Breakfast staff friendly and efficient Excellent stay

虽然床很舒服，但我还是得提一下客房服务。我们住了5天，已经3天了，仍然没有人来打扫房间、换床单、换毛巾、补给物资。这还是在我们告诉客房服务人员我们需要打扫房间之后。我们没法洗澡，因为没有毛巾。即使用了脏毛巾，也不够我们两个人用，而且也没有卫生纸。这是一家酒店，不是青年旅舍，我们对这里印象很不好。
在当地拍摄时在这里呆了几天。非常感谢接待处的唐娜（Donna）的竭尽全力的帮助，这对Premier Inn酒店来说是一笔宝贵的财富！不错的普瑞米尔客栈，安静舒适。会推荐！
