Tired looking room with cobwebs over ceiling and in corners. Asked if it could be cleaned but this was not done. Service slow at reception. Clean linen & comfortable bed.

I just want to say a big thank you to receptionist unfortunately I have forgotten to ask her name. But who was on duty on 6th December at 12:01 answered my call. I have left 2 rings and a pair of earrings. The rings are my late mums so sentimental value enormous. This lady run up to our room and recovered them. I was so emotional that I could not speak anymore. I am ever so grateful and there is no words that can express how I feel for your immediate action to put me at ease. God bless you.

Booked in an extra night with the app but got the dates incorrect but Amanda was fantastic and managed to swap things around and got everything in order for me.

Stayed here the night of our wedding as it wqs convenient and most of our guests were also staying. We arrived back to our room with a hand written card and wine from the manager Carolyn. The room was also decorated with petals which was lovely. The room was clean and tidy and great value for money which made it even better. Every staff member we came across was helpful and lovely. We was made a fuss of in the morning but everyone which made our stay even better and our guests. Lots or tea and coffee in the room was a bonus!

I often stay here when visiting family nearby the staff are always friendly and helpful and my last stay was no different. Clean and comfortable room and lovely staff I will be visiting again soon with my partner, we wouldn't stay any where else.

Non existent customer services, busy receptionist not paying attention to arriving guests and handing key card without any explanation about facilities and timings. Meal was too expensive for the offered quality. Breakfast doesn't worth extra payment for continental label. Rusty bathroom stands with permanent dirt marks within tub.I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay for 95per night with below average facilities.

Not being allowed to check in only 6 minutes early is poor. Wifi was shocking for 2025. A powerful shower sprays water everywhere - have a glass panel instead of a curtain, and then no mould would grow as it was.

Max on the desk was a joy to deal with, staff shortages led to rooms not being ready at check in time . He was helpful and willing to enjoy a bit of banter . Good job Max
