复活节期间我住在这里，但自从几周前我上次入住以来，停车安排发生了变化，我并不满意。我没有登记我的车过夜，几天后收到了停车罚单通知。联系彼得斯菲尔德 Premier Inn 时，接电话的人态度很不友好，最后挂断了我的电话。几天后，我联系 Premier Inn 的客户关系部，他们只是将我转接到彼得斯菲尔德酒店，我得到了一个 Horizon 停车场的电子邮件地址以提交申诉，当我询问接电话的人的姓名时，她挂断了我的电话。她还给了我 Horizon 的错误电子邮件地址，然后 Horizon 又给了我正确的地址。我的申诉被驳回了。尽管很明显，住在这家酒店的客人停车是免费的，但 Premier Inn 的客户关系部根本不理会此事。
入住很顺利，可惜我们被安排在主楼的一间房间。房间本身显然多年没有装修过了，除了最近似乎试图掩盖（小）窗户上方和浴室的黑色痕迹（霉菌？），一切都感觉非常陈旧。墙上有随机的痕迹，床头灯在打开时都会发出恼人的嗡嗡声，并且由于某种原因没有中央天花板灯，所以为了弥补，墙上有额外的（昏暗的）灯。如果你想在手提箱里找东西，这没什么用。我们甚至没有床上方的紫色*****灯。娱乐：免费 wifi 足以满足非流媒体使用，但你必须一直重新连接。电视是老式的 720p 电视，没有 USB 端口，也无法在可用的 HDMI 端口使用 4K Fire TV Stick。你只能得到 Freeview（不是 Freeview HD），一半的频道都不能用。我的观点是，别指望在房间里自娱自乐！浴室还可以，除非你想用他们的纸巾架，否则我建议你自带厕纸，我房间的淋浴有点不稳定。排气扇似乎没什么用，因为我们洗完澡几个小时后，浴室里的所有东西都还是湿的，即使我们外出时整天开着灯/风扇，房间也没吹干。你每天都需要新毛巾，但除非你特别要求，否则不会提供。我确实让前台记下床垫需要更换的事，但被告知去年已经换过了（这让我很惊讶，因为显然其他东西都没换过！），所以显然新的床垫硬得像石头！我也想念以前的枕头。总而言之，这不是普瑞米尔酒店的典范（顺便说一下，法恩伯勒要好得多），但如果你只需要一个睡觉的地方，这里还可以。只是不要在睡觉前使用空调，否则你将不得不听它发出咕噜咕噜的声音一个小时。:)

Clean room, asked for ground floor when we checked in and they managed to arrange it. We didn't eat in the beefeater because we thought it was a bit expensive. Not too far away from local town

Very old and very tired. No lift and pot luck whether you will get to stay in the main building or have to cross the car park to another building. Great fun going to breakfast in the rain. Talking of, the breakfast was woeful. The only reason we chose the Premier Inn over the McDonalds (a stones throw away) was because of the renowned Premier Inn hot buffet. Well this one doesn’t do buffet. They cook to order and although they claim it’s unlimited I felt a nuisance even asking once so certainly wouldn’t ask for seconds. I attach a photo of what I got and this was asking for the bacon well done. It was still oinking. Staff (at all points of contact not just at breakfast) seemed like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders. The continental part of breakfast was probably worth the money if you just paid for that as a good selection. The coffee was the pits & the toaster took so long it was practically lunchtime by the time it popped up. No phone reception in room (we were both on different networks) and the wi-fi although fine for checking emails was terrible for streaming. The place just looked completely run down. The pros are it has a lot 24 hour McDonalds & M&S Food a minutes walk away. The bed was LOVELY & the room was clean. Kettle provided with plenty of tea and instant coffee. The walk into town would take about 15-20 minutes or a 5 minute car journey. The cons are all listed above. Wouldn’t stay here again. Needs complete overhaul.

Stayed here for a wedding at old thorns with my partner. We had a good stay, rooms are clean, but dated. The staff we saw were always nice and happy to help us. Will stay again if in the area

Had a good experience down here great staff absolutely sound especially debs on the counter lovely lass any problems she sorts the job right out cant complain what so ever

Yes I like this hotel it has room's on the ground floor necessary for me I cannot manage stairs.Car parking is free but you must login to qualify this is a new Requirement.On the Perifery of the Hotel car park there is a Large Diesel Generator which starts and stop's all night.Anyone who is a very Light sleeper may find this annoying.

第一印象：停车场很棒。接下来的印象：酒店脏乱、阴冷、破旧。我记不清有多少年我们一直住在Premier Inn酒店了。这家酒店的接待服务不是我经历过的最好的。我们花了好长时间才找到预订的房间，虽然是几天前的。我们的房间阴冷、昏暗、光线昏暗、脏乱、破旧。空调/暖气片就是不给力，尽管我去了前台好几次。最后关掉了，换了个暖气片。晚餐还可以，员工服务也不错。由于“背景音乐”太吵，我们要求换桌。结果马上就被告知已经订满了，下午5点半？？最后我们同意尽快离开，所以换了一张桌子。食物不错，服务也很好。没有时间去买咖啡，订满了，记得吗？我们离开的时候只有一半是空的！！早餐。那种欢迎方式，就像在太平间里一样！他们告诉我们找张桌子自取。我对员工的忠告是，如果这份工作让他们不开心，那就换一张吧。早餐不错，但没有任何工作人员离开的迹象。预订一如预期地简单。迫不及待地想出发了。不打算再来了。
由于电脑系统错误，我的预订显示抵达时需支付116英镑，尽管我已提前预订并付款。工作人员“无法”让我进入房间，直到我支付了所需金额。我被告知回家后打电话给客服，问题很快就解决了。如果酒店在我抵达后立即打电话给客服就好了，这样我与家人团聚的周末就不会被彻底毁掉。
