Staff wasnt at the front desk when i went to checkout. A lot of remodeling was getting done so a bunch of holes in the roof and plastic luner everywhere. Breakfast was okay at best. Room was clean and nice.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I got up at 5:30 am to take a shower and their was no hot water. The door was hard to close because the hinges were loose so the door was leaning against the jam. This hotel is showing its age.

Very sweet staff member working reception area. The hotel location was convenient for accessing the army base. The lobby and lounge were wild when we came in but the room was quiet. Fortunately we were on a higher floor.

Rooms are clean, large, and well air conditioned. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. That’s why we keep going back there on our work away from home assignments.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and I appreciate when the A/C is on when it’s hot out. The breakfast is very good, has a lot of options and is clean. The staff are genuinely nice, helpful and professional. That is why we keep coming back!

Made reservations on the road. Easy check in. Breakfast was quite good. Luggage cart available. Staff was helpful in evening meal recommendation. Appreciated the handicap-friendly bathroom.

THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL OR RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERNS TO THE LOUD MUSIC MULTIPLE TIMES DURING MY STAY. REACHED OUT TO THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE ISSUE CONTINUED. I HAVE SINCE REACHED OUT THE SITE MANAGER WITH NO RESPONSE EITHER. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE.
