What I liked about the hotel was that you allow dogs. However, you should have one floor for dogs, not all floors. And I think you could have more selection with your breakfast. Clean the carpet better.

I do wish that you had some rooms that were not "pet friendly" for those of us that are allergic.
我们的住宿体验很棒，完全符合我们的期望。虽然只住了很短时间，但酒店设施齐全，满足了我们一家五口的所有需求。床特别舒服，这一点总是很加分。
很棒的住宿体验！房间干净宽敞，还带厨房。员工友好又乐于助人。早餐有很多选择。下次还会再来住！

不幸的是，我的同事进了她的房间，发现浴室里没有灯。房间已经订满了，所以她没法换房间。服务员承认他们不应该把她安排到那个房间。他们过来帮忙解决了这个问题，拿来一个垫圈，结果她把垫圈塞住了。这太糟糕了，因为女人化妆做头发需要灯光和镜子。我们再也不住这家酒店了！！！！！！
这家酒店的清洁工作是不存在的，我不得不用自己的漂白湿巾清洁浴缸，因为它充满了污垢，你可以看到旧肥皂和污垢的波浪。
我们住了 5 个晚上，他们从来没有打扫过房间，直到第三天我们要求他们打扫房间，否则我们将取消剩余的夜晚。
所以他们所说的每隔一天打扫一次的说法是不正确的。
我根本不会推荐这家酒店。
太失望了。
我们楼上的人整晚都在跑来跑去。即使我们晚上11点后向前台投诉，噪音仍然持续不断。即使开了9个小时的车，我们也没睡好。
