We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything. Very disappointed that even though we stayed 3 nights we never had our room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. They brought the towels, left them on the counter & left. Trash was still full & old towels on the floor. For the price we paid, I expected more. Also, I underatand that breakfast is not included but complimentary coffee would not hurt your profits.

When guests specifically request towels only, our team follows hotel protocol and provides the requested items without entering or handling personal belongings in the room. This is done to respect guest privacy and is a standard hotel policy. The tv in the room would not come on and we had to call maintenance. He had to come back twice to get it on. Then later the volume would not work and we had to call again. The water pressure in the bathroom sink at 8:00am was so weak, I could not wash the shaving cream off of my razor.
The staff was very nice and helpful as they could be.

Didn’t have breakfast because it was an additional $6 per person and parking cost $18. At the price of the hotel per night, it should have been inclusive of the stay.

We paid for breakfast on original purchase then added a night and it was removed. Then housekeeping kept knocking before 9am. This visit was below standard.

I think the only thing that could have been bettet was if the cleaning crew would have come before 4:30 . I had to gather the trash and take it to them and ask for new towels

Manager was rude and dismissed me when I complained about them not calling us/letting us know our room was already ready while we were already waiting at the lobby for 40 minutes. Manager said “we just clocked in and are fully booked” no apologies no nothing, other front desk personnel just wanted me to swipe my card and didn’t want to answer to any of my inquiries. Thus with all these said events, they didn’t offer us breakfast nor pointed us to where the elevators are.

离水族馆近,停车方便,就是酒店热水,微波炉有的不太方便,中国人可能有点意见。
酒店位置非常好,可以步行去江边,水族馆就在马路对面。周边有不少饭店,选择很多。酒店没什么特色,中规中矩,房间比较大。
位置很好,房间也足够舒适。
