Everything was great. Didn’t eat at the hotel but my assumption is the food would have been good, not exceptional.

Manager was rude and dismissed me when I complained about them not calling us/letting us know our room was already ready while we were already waiting at the lobby for 40 minutes. Manager said “we just clocked in and are fully booked” no apologies no nothing, other front desk personnel just wanted me to swipe my card and didn’t want to answer to any of my inquiries. Thus with all these said events, they didn’t offer us breakfast nor pointed us to where the elevators are.

Overall a good experience. Great decor. Pros are the location and convenience to local dining and attractions which outweighed the handful of cons. The only cons was the breakfast bistro was kind of pricey for the offerings. Tasty, but pricey. The bathroom vent fan didn't work. And the ice machine on our floor was out of service. So we had to take the elevator to an adjacent floor for ice refills. But the included filtered water "Hydration Station" for refilling our tumblers was a nice touch that we enjoyed. Also the TV was aggravating. We usually just bring our Firestick when we travel and the TV was locked out so you couldn't access the other input channels. So we were left with the slow clumsy hotel OS and access to only cable, Netflix, and YouTube.

The room should have been freshened -up every day , NOT just every other day.

1st of all they had the smallest sink in the bathroom for 5 people , no vent in the bathroom. Breakfast place had no decaf , no microwave in the room . Veronica and all the staff were excellent. Needs updating pretty bad

Very clean, incredibly nice staff, perfect location. Beds were insanely uncomfortable. That would be the only complaint.

Very nice hotel with a terrific location. All the staff members were great. Definitely get the breakfast when booking. We definitely recommend staying here.
酒店位置非常好,可以步行去江边,水族馆就在马路对面。周边有不少饭店,选择很多。酒店没什么特色,中规中矩,房间比较大。
工作人员非常好,我很喜欢酒吧和小咖啡馆,尤其喜欢那个火炉区。房间也很棒,干净舒适的床。我绝对会向所有旅客推荐这家酒店。
