This hotel is absolutely filthy and cold. The thermostat won't go above 19 degrees, the heater is rusty. Windows are mouldy, bath is brown, mould on the walls and ceiling. Cobwebs in the bedroom. Carpet is so dirty, I thought it was a white stain only to wipe it with my foot to see is was layers of dirt. I don't want to remove my shoes or let my baby crawl on the floor. The curtain is hanging off the rail and the cold tap in the bathroom has to be cranked round really hard to get it to switch off. The shower rail is failing apart everything is mouldy and rusty. This hotel restaurant is under construction so a complimentary breakfast is a prepacked crossiant and granny smith apple or a brown banana. I was charged an extra £15 to check in 2 hours early to a room that was sitting empty. I forgot to mention we were put on the ground floor next to a room with a piece of paper taped to it saying don't use this room!!!!!? What the living hell!! I literally feel like crying as I'm stuck here until Sunday, if I could get my money back i'd check out immediately and stay anywhere else. If it was summer I'd rather get a tent and sleep outside.

This hotel is very convenient for visiting extended family nearby. However, it is near the airport and can be a little noisy. Unfortunately, the restaurant has been closed for refurbishment for about a year now so no breakfast is available. Outwardly there is no sign that any progress has been made. The beds used to be more comfortable but it seems the mattresses have changed and may have some kind of foam topping, which I dislike. The bathroom has no means of heating that I could see and it was chilly.

Stayed at Paisley for a Christmas night out and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Clean room and great service from Nicola on reception.

Easy hotel to say overnight before a flight. Thermostat didn't work, had to actually turn the heater on at the wall. The camp bed mattress needed replaces, could feel every spring so my son had to put pillows on the mattress to be able to sleep.

The hotel was tired and there is currently no restaurant. However this wasn't really reflected on the price. I also had no idea that rooms were only cleaned on request. A great money saving scheme for Premier Inn and not reflected in a saving on the cost to me.

我年老体弱。预订了无障碍房间。到达后发现房间是36号，是距离入口最远的房间。当我们要求换一个更近的房间时，被告知他们已经订满了，给了7号房间，这个房间更近，但床太高了，我进不去。消息灵通的接待处，我得到的只是耸耸肩，再次告诉他们已经订满了，睡在椅子上，早上告诉接待处。联系客户服务要求退款，并被告知我的情况不符合晚安睡眠政策。因为我预订了 4 晚，所以花了 300 英镑，没有退款。
糟糕的住宿！避免避免避免！最后一个可用的房间只是无障碍房间。房间里满是蜘蛛和蜘蛛网。蜘蛛网布满灰尘。房间不干净。直到很晚才进房间。早上向工作人员报告问题并向他们展示了房间的状况。客户关系经理梅根拒绝退款，因为状态蜘蛛和清洁度或房间不属于晚安保证范围。还说接待人员没有注意到我的投诉，所以被告知是谎言。糟糕的表演。
