Had a lovely breakfast here Michele was very welcoming and so helpful. My room was very clean, young lady called ruby worked so hard and all the staff was very polite. Definitely a nice place to stay !!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire visit. The room was clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. And of course the food served has always been cooked perfectly. I can’t not recommend a better hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.
拜访朋友的时候，想找个地方住一晚。房间空间达标，卫生状况也很好。唯一的小插曲是入住时，酒店系统显示我需要当场付款，但实际上我早就提前付过钱了。前台工作人员（很抱歉没问他的名字）非常热心地帮我解决了这个问题，五分钟就搞定了。
我们对这次入住体验真的无可挑剔。员工、食物、设施、清洁程度，一切都完美无瑕。
我十一月在这里住了一晚，结果回家后竟然收到了一张停车罚单！我明明在停车场登记机上输入了我的信息。既然自动停车机根本没用，还自动发送罚单，那它存在的意义是什么？！简直浪费大家的时间。而且我打电话投诉的时候，他们居然也不接。上次我住Premier Inn的时候也遇到过这种情况……看来以后得换一家酒店了。
几年前我们对这家酒店印象很好。但今年再次入住，却大失所望。最大的问题是WiFi。我们额外支付了20英镑购买了号称网速更快的“终极WiFi”，但连接PS4游戏机后却发现根本连不上。我们用游戏机看视频和玩游戏，这也是我们选择“终极WiFi”套餐的唯一原因。我们拨打了提供的技术支持电话，结果接线员竟然告诉我们这是故意设计的，他们不允许游戏机连接。这简直是当头一棒。即使使用手机和笔记本电脑，WiFi也卡顿不断，20英镑买到这么烂的WiFi真是让人恼火。之后，我们开始注意到房间里的其他问题。角落里的椅子上有污渍，我们翻开坐垫时，竟然发现了一个Ann Summers的标签！客房服务人员难道没看到吗？浴室水槽的排水口里，清晰可见地卡着一个咖啡包装袋的角。客房服务人员难道也没看到吗？床底下似乎有一堆乱糟糟的纸巾或厨房纸巾，我们当然不会碰。房间很安静，这是唯一值得称道的地方，但总的来说，我们的房间非常脏乱，感觉完全不值这个价。我们花了200多英镑住了将近一周，结果就这水平。下次来普尔，我们绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
预订套餐后去了餐厅，点了一杯饮料，被告知没有，如果想喝苹果酒则需加1.5英镑。我又点了菜单上的另一杯饮料，被告知也没有。最后点了另一杯，等了半个多小时才上来。食物最多只能算一般，服务员在我问他服务如何时，一脸茫然。我是Premier酒店的常客，这次的体验是我很久以来最糟糕的。卧室还不错，这是唯一值得庆幸的地方。看看早餐怎么样吧。
我一直给这家酒店机会，因为它位置便利，房间也不错，但是……餐厅一次又一次地糟糕透顶。晚上6点入住，餐厅还算安静，就直接去吃点东西。“抱歉，8点15分之前没有空位。” 8点15分回来，餐厅已经热闹多了。服务员给了我一张桌子和一份菜单，上面很多菜都被划掉了……“抱歉，我们没有这个，明天会有新菜单。” 这家酒店简直是个笑话。
房间符合预期。早餐千万别吃，一半的热菜都缺货，而且要等上半个小时。酒店位于工业区中心。
