I have stayed in a lot of premier inns , and just tried this one in Cabot lane in poole . it's the best I have stayed in . caitan was first we saw she had a lovely smile and very helpful .Dorcas was on food , very helpful . Rob on bar was very welcoming serve our drinks , and ioana was brill . they all worked very hard to make us all welcome . come stay here when in poole you won't regret it . p.s. book yr car in on tablet on hotel . all of the team are great here .

This hotel has had a new image for reception and the restaurant. You now check in on a computer with a QR code they email you at the time of booking. There isn’t any interaction from a member of staff at this point. I pre-booked breakfast and at no point are you informed on the screen when this starts in the morning. There aren’t any times in the room menu either. The rooms haven’t been upgraded. The same beige Premier Inn rooms. We were missing the 2nd set of towels so had to go back and ask for some from the help desk. Here they made me feel It was my fault they didn’t compete the room check to ensure it was in the room. Plus is if you need more tea coffee etc this is now self help along with extra pillows and irons etc. Plenty of parking available - just remember to enter your reg in to the tablet as you walk in and for any other cars for have for your room. Not sure I would say sure again though as not keen on the “service” or more lack of. If this is how Premier Inn are going to be in the future I’m going to stay clear.

This hotel is a little out the way but perfectly suited for our needs. The check in process was simple as was the parking. Room very comfortable. We ate there for evening meal and breakfast. Both meals were very nice. In the morning I ordered vegetarian sausage and bacon which was readily available. All the staff were very friendly.

i stayed here in november for 1 night - only to receive a parking ticket upon getting home! I entered my details in the car park registration machine. What is the point in having an automatic parking machine that automatically sends you a parking ticket if it doesnt bloody work?! It is just a waste of everybodys time. And then they dont even answer the phone when I try to ring up to complain about the parking ticket. This happened last time I stayed at a premier inn... time to stay somehwere else

Several years ago we had great memories of this location. Upon returning this year we found we were bitterly disappointed. Our biggest problem was the WiFi. We paid £20 extra for ultimate WiFi, which is advertised as faster internet, but upon plugging in our ps4 console we found we couldn’t connect it. We use our console for streaming and gaming and the only reason we got the ultimate WiFi package. We called the technical number provided and even he told us this was a deliberate design, that they don’t allow consoles to connect. That was a slap to the face. Even on our phones and laptop the WiFi was jumpy and buffered, so £20 for crap WiFi was quite annoying. Then we started to notice things about the room. The chair in the corner had a stain in it, and when we went to turn the cushion over we found an Ann Summers label! Did housekeeping not see this? In the bathroom sink there was what looked to be the corner of a coffee packet lodged in the drain, clear as day. Again, did housekeeping not see this? And under the bed there appears to be a jumbled up tissue or paper towel that we were certainly not going to touch. The room was quiet and peaceful, which was the only nice thing about that room, but overall our room was quite disgusting and we feel we didn’t get what we paid for. We paid over £200 for nearly a week and this is what we got. Next time we are in Poole we will be avoiding this location.

Lovely warm welcome and help with self checking.Rooms was well equipped and spotlessly clean.The shower was excellent. All staff friendly and helpful restaurant was good.
