Stayed here for a month whilst visiting family. The hotel is great and the staff are also great. Kayley and Lauren are especially brilliant, couldn't have done enough to help us. Breakfast is also great, plenty of options to choose from. The ear plugs from behind reception are a great touch, especially with the road noise being in a city center location. Thanks to all the team for making our stay fantastic.

Been waiting for the receptionist for 20 minutes, a guest outside allowed me in, rang the bell several times no answer. I waited at the reception, no answer

Absolutely brilliant staff from the reception (Eric) and cleaning staff natalija and everyone else who works there for being so helpful and kind. They all work tirelessly and the 10/10 service is proof of that!

Not good felt really unsafe couldn’t get out of the hotel without people begging for money police n ambulance every 5 minutes going passed

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the station, and it is then only 5 minutes walk to shops on the pedestrianised shopping area. The location is near a busy road, however, so ear plugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. Check-in was quick and we were given all the relevant information for our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Danny on Reception kindly agreed to store our bags until later in the day, so we didn't have to take them with us which was a blessing. We didn't use the bar or have breakfast on this occasion, so can't comment on what was available.

Room was exactly as we needed for a base before our NYE celebrations and breakfast the following morning was hearty and filling and just what was needed. Special mention foe Eric on reception, very helpful and informative
