I booked a stay with breakfast, then realised it was a takeaway breakfast and cancelled it - expecting a refund - none came. When I asked to have the breakfast I’d paid for I was told that the computer says no. Lack of pragmatism.

It's always a pleasure to stay in this particular Travelodge. All the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the rooms are always immaculate.

Went to stay here on Black Friday 27th Dec fir 2 nights when turning up to check in found out was in a disabled room, wanted to not have the constant reminder of having to deal with reminder of the situation of looking after a disabled person and wanted to have a room without disabled facilities, we did ask to be moved and said they were full that night actually we are overbooked !!!! We did just say we would not mind but having the option to move rooms would have been nice as this is not what we had booked. On the Friday went to the Black Friday sales and dropped off our first load of shopping and continued our to do more shopping, when retuning with our second round of shopping turned up to the door and it had been left open !!!!! We complained about this and said it was not us as the cleaner had been in as towels were replaced, we went to explain what had happened and they offered a evoucher for both nights we stayed, I declined this as we paid a substantial and was acknowledged by the staff !!! I said I would not be in the country this time next year to use it and they offered to contract we customer services to see if they would be able to compensate both nights as this was promised to us by evoucher so expected this in the same way bs onto my bank. I chased this up and got a reply that they did an investigation that the door was not faulty etc and I said to them that they were implying I was lying about the incident which made me feel disgusted that they made me feel this way, they did compensate 25 percent but it could have been a lot more due to the shopping we left in the room for Xmas presents, I explained this to them and they felt that the compensated amount was appropriate due to the incident. I did continue higher to state that promises were not met and had to chase this 3 times to be told basically the same, When speak to a male in Cheshire Oaks on the phone when chasing the result on this he was also very rude and blunt on the phone and the phone was hung up on me !!!! I feel that travel lodge had completely failed in customer service and promises and to imply that I was making this up in an email is disgraceful.

Good hotel, Clean and warm rooms, helpful staff. Good location for shopping centre. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Excellent parking and close to hotel. Stayed here on a few occasions now & will stay again.

Great hotel with very informative staff and they had offers on for some of the restaurants that was around the hotel that was an added bonus, the room was very clean, enough space for the 3 of us and quiet too, the hotel is set in a great location with everything around you we will definitely be returning!

Wow what can we say we come for a Christmas shopping trip every year and we stay at the Travel Lodge at Cheshire Oaks Our stay was great as it has been for the last 6 years Kari on reception was fantastic and informative nothing was too much trouble and we will return next year Travel Lodge your staff do make the staying experience good or bad in this case excellent 5 stars from us Dave and Julie Room 417

This Travelodge is very well run. The employees are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is excellent.

Simple, impeccably clean and effective accommodation. Shower a little wishy washy rather than gushy wushy for my liking but otherwise no complaints at all in fact my thanks and congratulations to the staff for such a clean and well maintained place.
是的，这是第二次在这里住一晚，并决定选择加大号房间，坦白说我不知道为什么要这么麻烦，对我来说唯一的原因是不想让某个胖子整晚在我上面跺脚。房间里除了一个咖啡机之外没有什么额外的东西，就是这样，座位，浴室（模块化螺栓固定），对于这个大小的房间来说很小的电视，床上当然没有丰满的枕头。这次最糟糕的是打扫卫生，浴室门的墙上有大量的头发，水槽里还有三个，水槽会满了，甚至不用插上电源就会被堵住。头发让我恶心，所以这特别糟糕，不得不在肮脏的环境中洗澡。最后，房间太热了，没有办法控制温度，正如你所看到的，如果拆掉防护罩，风扇只能半静音运行，因为它已经损坏了。在再次预订之前，我一定会三思而后行。
