Smelly room with very noisy boiler/ hot water room next door, and horrible constant traffic noise, bathroom had poo on the tiles by toilet roll holder and hair in the bath.. The bed sunk badly in the middle and the room was on a corridor that stunk of ****.. Disgusted and would not recommend this Travelodge.. I will say however the lovely lady on the front desk was very friendly and gave us a lovely welcome..

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a great location, making it easy to get around. The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even better. The service throughout was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

great stay - staff were lovely and the room was very clean. The hotel is a great location too right next to the retail that includes planet ice. The hotel also has a vending machine which is great for late night snacks!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family of three. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us, which made traveling with a child easy and stress-free. The hotel felt safe and family-friendly, and everything was well organized. We especially appreciated the great service and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Location is excellent, close by retail centre, rooms very clean, staff excellent and very polite. I asked for some help and I get straight away. Room price cheap also. Definitely I will come back again.

Jane at reception was very professional and helpful throughout my stay, she went above and beyond her job to make sure I was happy and content.

On pondering my thoughts for a month I have decided to put in this review , I recently visited the travelodge in Widnes for the second time time , at first we were greeted by a friendly lady on reception , unfortunately this was the only good part of our stay , the bathroom was filthy with hairs in the bath , definitely not cleaned since the last guest left, on departure a group of iworkers were standing on the steps smoking and chatting , they did not move out of our way so we had to exit via the grass embankment, as we left one obviously female foreign member of staff said to us , are u checking out love , how ignorant and rude the staff were, we assume as she was the rude one she was obviously in charge , we will never return
前门坏了，我们不得不按门铃，等工作人员来开门。酒店门口和停车场里其他客人的车发出噪音。
