Front desk staff was unprofessional, rude and lazy. No clock in the room, broke toilet and the room smelled like smoke.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time . I sat in the parking lot waiting for her to finish but a staff member redirected her to another room . It was supposed to be a non- smoking room . I’ve never smoked so it was pretty obvious it wasn’t .Need new pillows they don’t fit the bed .

Mostly great!!
Perfect stay but did not get service in our room……had to go looking for coffee pods on day 2 and asked about a couple more towels on the 2nd day but never did get them.
BUT…….Stephanie, in the breakfast room was AMAZING!! Friendly, helpful, caring!!!! She’s amazing!!

Let’s be fair here.
I was told I have to pay a deposit of 100 and I did not have a card with me and was being told I cannot stay in the hotel..and I had already paid the hotel fee for a night..this is embarrassing..you would have charged that or put a card on file

The toilets are too low and no grab bars. I’m not handicapped but I’m older. Breakfast was good.
