This hotel was chosen due to it location and the purpose of our visit. Ben who was on duty was excellant, friendly, welcoming and informative, but busy, as seemed to be lone working. Ben is a credit to you! Room unfortunately had cobwebs above the bed in the wall, and liquid spilt down the wall. Cooked breakfast could have been hotter but good choice and service. Good for one night @ £56

Clean, comfortable and with lovely welcoming staff. The room was pleasant and breakfast was well cooked and very generous. For two nights the cost was reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay at this Premier Inn and would definitely stay again. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

Had a really nice stay here. Don’t be put off by the outside the inside is much better than it looks. The hotel could do with a few modern touches like USB ports in the room but it’s clean tidy and comfortable, which is the main thing. All the staff were friendly, approachable and happy to help. Jess was especially great. Breakfast was good value and plenty of options to choose from. Overall a great hotel with lovely staff. I’d stay again.

We were visiting family in Cwmbran so this hotel was perfect in distance. The rooms were a good size and with comfortable beds and clean. Greeted well from friendly staff. The restaurant is just a few steps away from reception so easy to gain entrance. We will definitely stay there again.

Well situated to the town and train station with ample parking. Friendly welcoming staff in the hotel and restaurant. Well appointed room, clean and everything fully functional. Excellent value for money both the hotel and the restaurant.

Great place with excellent 👍 staff. We have been there 2 times now, always had a lovely sleep 💤. Being disabled the staff went out of their way to help me. We will return soon

Lovely clean room, the bed was so comfortable I had the best night's sleep. All the staff i met were extremely helpful and gave good knowledge on the area. Amy was delightful I real credit to the hotel also big shout out to jess and Angela who more than happily cleaned my room and replaced my towels. I will be back it's like home from home
