Nous n'avons jamais vu de salle de bain avec de la moquette Pour la chambre entièrement parquetée, ne marchez pas pieds nus...Pour le petit déjeuner, vous n'avez rien signalé sur les deux matins de votre séjour, nous aurions apprécié une franche communication, pour autant, les œufs, les fromages et autres produits sucrés conviennent tout à fait à une personne ne mangeant pas de viande de porc. 3* Very quiet, clean friendly place. Front desk lady very nice and helpful. Spoke perfect English after my clumsy French trying to book in. Good parking, and there is a cracking sit-down Chinese restaurant 4 minute. walk from the hotel (Asiawok 5 Rue du Bois des Roses, 02100) Nice, clean room, no coffee or tea making facilities though, but a vending machine for water etc. Plenty of hot water for shower etc. Bit out of the way for the town I think, but ok as an overnight stop on the way to somewhere else.

I've stayed at this hotel and it is being a terrible experience: 1. The room, after leaving the window closed for 3 hours while we went for dinner, smell of smoke, even if it was a no smoking room. Because of the hour it was to late to change it. 2. Many yogurts at the breakfast were off. 3. The fruit was too old to be eaten. When we mentioned all of it, the only thing they offered ( after a bit of arguing) was to reimburse just the 5.80€ of the breakfast. But surprise: they cancelled our stay. In this way they don't have to pay your share. Plus I can't say how actually bed is their service.

A bit run down. Sent an access number that did not work. Information provided by Experian did not match actuality . We were told breakfast started at 6 30 but on arrival this turned out to be 8 bought two breakfasts that were not used

Well, it seems , you did not understand good information, because is on the web site of Expedia-Week : Monday to Friday 6:30/9:30 - You arrive Friday, hours change, and our personnal give to you the good information- you take the decision reserve breakfast, we are not at fault if you didn't undestand-On a more serious note, we want to assure you that we're diving headfirst into fixing these hiccups. The staff were really nice and helpful. I stayed at the Brit hotel for a week while I was visiting someone at the hospital nearby.

超级友好的欢迎，舒适且一尘不染的房间，非常安静的酒店，而且附近还可以吃饭，甚至不用开车！！
房间不错，但我发现地板有点冷，不适合我的口味，尤其是浴室，而且早餐太糟糕了，对于那些不吃猪肉的人来说没有太多选择。
