Use travelodge quite a bit for work and this is one of the worst, had a few bad experiences here. This time arrived late from travelling and was woke up at 9 by cleaning staff stood outside the bedroom door talking to each other really loudly and laughing constantly, talking to other guests, slamming doors etc being overly loud for at least 40 mins when checkout isn't until 12.

I would firstly like to congratulate the Travelodge reception team, composed of Donna ( Reception) Michelle ( Reception) Nicole ( Reception). For there excellent, friendly, professional, and at all times “ going the extra mile” to accommodate guests room requirements. I have had the pleasure of conversing, with mainly Donna, Michelle, and Nicole, in the reception team. And I wholeheartedly can state that there friendly and conditions manner, has made it an absolute pleasure to stay at the afore mentioned location. Some may say “ That it composes there everyday requirements”. However, I would beg to differ. As a regular traveller on business. I have fortunately, experienced what can only be classed as “ below par” standard of customer delivery service. In various establishments. As a gentleman, I would never complain. And thus, I feel it imperative to enlighten establishments, companies, when indeed excellent client delivery is delivered on a continued basis. Donna( Reception) Michelle ( Manager Receotion) Nicole ( Reception). Really envisage L, what client delivery service should comprise of. Meeting and exceeding, the clients request ls when at all possible. Service delivery, with a continued smile and friendly manner, throughout there working day capacity. The three wonderful ladies afore mentioned. Deliver this everyday, and strive to a “ Nothing is too much attitude” approach. They are an absolute credit to your organisation. And I trust and hope, you will endeavour to commend them accordingly. The afore mentioned, also extends to the cleaning staff of Donna and Leyla ( Hotel cleaners). They are a vital part of the organisation. And possess the same qualities mentioned in above statement. “A business is built in the roots of its employees” Should you require anything further, please feel free to contact me anytime. very happy lovely hotel value for money receptionist excellent, clean tidy very comfy bed will stay again ive stayed in many travel lodges this and penrith fairways in lakes excellent , the only one I hated was fort William shame,ive worked in hospitality for 20 years in management and customer services so I know what I'm talking about thank you

We had used Travelodge for our full Christmas/New Year Road trip and the other hotels were great. This one sadly was not as good. Hotel is a bit tired but we needed to stop after driving down from Inverness. Bed very uncomfortable, kettle looks like it should be replaced and there were bogies on the shower curtain! Hand-wash holder broken.

提前八个月预订了一间无障碍客房,并在入住前一天打电话确认,但抵达后发现房间却给了别人,我们只能挤在一间普通的无障碍客房里。这给我们造成了极大的身心不适。作为照顾者,我不得不多次背着患有帕金森症的妻子从床上走到卫生间。这对她和我来说都是一种折磨。Travelodge 怎么能不履行无障碍客房的预订呢?!
我们在这里住了三个晚上,除了办理入住之外,前台后面没看到任何人。我们前面的房间因为临街,所以很吵,附近有很多飙车族,晚上很晚还开着车,很吵。酒店本身很干净,维护得很好,可惜有点吵,但很遗憾,我们会再三考虑是否再次预订。
非常简陋,附近没有餐厅/酒吧。床边没有电源插座或USB接口。总的来说,这家酒店很老旧,达不到Premier Inn的标准,价格也绝对不便宜。
工作人员总是友好热情。妮可总是面带微笑。酒店干净整洁,非常安静。
