Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I stayed here last year and the pool was not available because of "renovations". Went this past weekend and again pool being renovated? I don't like paying for amenities I can't use 2 years in a row! Maybe remove the pool amenity from your details. I look for hotels with pools for a reason.

我现在真的很生气，我订这家酒店是因为它广告上说有游泳池，结果到了之后发现游泳池坏了。他们应该在预订前就告知这一点。而且，前台人员态度非常恶劣，因为我们是通过*******预订的房间，而不是直接通过他们预订的，所以他们只给了我们一把房卡。
我们预订了一间带沙发床的特大号床套房，可供 4 人入住 - 但我们得到的是没有沙发床的残疾人专用房。没有折叠床，没有泳池躺椅 - 什么都没有！！我们建议从储藏室拿一张沙发床 - 他们没有多余的家具 - 这是酒店的最后一个房间，唯一的选择就是拿床罩睡在地板上！！！这太令人无法接受了 - 也许他们应该为我们预订另一家酒店 - 我们为此支付了 374 美元 - 你在开玩笑吧 - 希尔顿应该退还这笔钱并提供一晚免费住宿作为补偿 - 我们将看看他们会怎么做。
酒店位置便利，就在高速公路旁边。
空调噪音很大，健身房很小，设备也不怎么样。
工作人员没有佩戴姓名牌，而且态度粗鲁，漠不关心。

空调/暖气完全坏了。电子入住毫无意义。我还是得去前台办理入住，还得带房卡。
