I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations.Our pool is heated to the maximum temperature permitted by Alberta Health Services, and we do monitor it regularly to ensure it stays within that approved range. We are also currently renovating our breakfast area to enhance our guests’ experience; however, we are providing a hot to-go breakfast during this time to ensure our guests still have options.At any time if the television, or any other guest room amenity in your room is not working, our team would have been happy to assist at any time—please don’t hesitate to contact the front desk during your stay so we can resolve issues right away.Thank you again for your comments.

Loved the hot tub and the swimming pool had a big slide the Kids loved it.

Overall a great location and the suites are nice and well maintained.
On the downside, check in is at 4:00 and only one person was at the desk when we checked in around 4:30. When we left the hotel around 5:30 other guests were waiting to be checked in. It’s not inexpensive to stay here so first impression was not good. The gentleman that checked me in was very professional and apologized for the long wait time. I had previously checked in on line.
My wife waited at the car while I was checking in and when I returned she said she was concerned something was wrong.
As well, I was assured the room we were assigned had a walk in shower. It was a tub shower.
The area where the microwave, fridge, coffee maker is located does not have any lighting. Why?
These are minor inconveniences but when you pay a premium, you expect as advertised.
I hope these observations are accepted as helpful hints. You asked.

The fan was on all night
I also called front desk 2 times to get a extra blanket and no answer . Then when i hung up the phone kept rining and no one on the other end . I checked out a day early .

The bed had stains on the bedding when we arrived. It was evident under the pillows that this was not changed.
Breakfast was decent. They give you voucher on check in
The rooms and facility was over priced for a best western plus. I could not see anything "plus " about this hotel. I had better experience with other best western plus locations.
I would not go here again if not last resort.
