The room had a unpleasant smell. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Un-painted patches on the walls. Breakfast was a solid 3/10. The only hot food they had that was *edible* was the sausage patties.

The maintenance staff produces noise after-hours. On the top of that some of the guests are loud at night. Also, the proximity to the main road also creates a noisy atmosphere. Hard to get asleep at night. Not recommended.

Room was adequate. Description should include pictures that show rooms open to outside, not an interior hall. Should also say that coffee makers are only available upon request. On line description says rooms INCLUDE coffee machines. Lots of outside noise at all hours. Shower curtain too short so water covered the floor after the shower.
Positives: excellent, accommodating staff; very prompt help from maintenance when needed (necklace fell down the drain); excellent breakfast.

Checked in about 9:00 pm last night. The receptionist checking me in was pretty gruff and seemed to be in a bad mood. He asked for my credit card for “incidentals”? Not a great way to begin my stay. There was mold all over the shower, the floor in the bathroom had not been swept well and an overall dinginess to the room. I felt a bit nervous about the door lock-it did not seem like it would keep anyone from barging into the room if they chose to. You can hear the traffic from the street and anyone walking along the corridor. The only saving grace was the lovely lady in the breakfast area who is very kind and lovely. She is so welcoming and really seems to know the hotel clients. Other than that I’m not going to stay at this Best Western again.

Front desk person was helpful and friendly. Room could have been cleaner, but they gave us a different room that was not for pets, so that could have been the issue.
We had a short stay over and it meet the needs.

Room was dirty, out dated. Majority of parking lot closed off, very difficult to find parking with a trailer. Staff didn't really know what he was doing, checking in took a really long time
