Staff was so awesome- they had numerous treats for taking at the front desk, and they seemed to really enjoy their jobs! Room was great- clean and stacked with a good size fridge, microwave and coffee. We last minute changed to a pet friendly room and they were happy to accommodate.
Hot tub was so hot and it was lovely on a cold winters day! Pool was warm too which my kids loved.
Will be back if we stay in town again!

Shower was cold we had to run it for 20 mins to get warm water. Room smelled musty

Overall, it was a nice well-kept hotel. While our room was next to the elevator there was not any issues with noise. Breakfast was good and experience was good.
Only concern is it is by Hwy 2 so if on east side of building could be noisy.

Great Hotel
I was concerned about the hotel being so close to the highway but it was convenient for were I had to be. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t hear anything from the highway even though my room faced it. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the dining room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and always knew who I was without me having to tell them my name or room number. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.

Days Inn (Innisfail) was well acquainted for the price. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good hot breakfast and access to pool. Hotel was quiet and staff were friendly.

Nice staff. Noisy air conditioning/heater. Broken down hot tub with no warning before I paid. Food was good in the morning. Staff was lovely and helpful. Not sure we would stay again though. Very noisy men 1st thing in the morning in the hallway and woke us up.
