One of our favorite hotels in Alberta. Perfect in every way, from the staff, to the food, to the internet, and the beds. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a night and everything was as we expected for a 3-star hotel. What we were not aware of was that the internet wasnt working. My kids were looking forward to streaming movies but was stuck with cable TV. Wish we were informed earlier so we could have come prepared.

First room I was issued, I walked into and there was other peoples stuff on the beds. I closed the door and went back to the front desk to get a different room.

Concerns with sound proofing. Could hear a lot of noise above and beside us. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Bed was quite unforgiving. Had rowdy guests and were impressed with how the staff handled the situation. Liked the kichenette and microwave.

Excellent hotel overall. Check in was easy, sufficient parking, easy to get to, very nice room, that was clean and well kept, breakfast had a very good selection. We didn't use the pool area but it seemed very nice and it appeared to be popular. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very hard stay for us at the best western.I lost my son a few months ago and we were there to have a visit with his little girl who has been left behind.
I told them when i checked in if it would be an issue if my other son and kids came on the friday to play.I was told that would be ok
We had a very memorable time and will be back in april

Our family reqlly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and spacious! 13 Travellers and we had so much fun. Pool was also enjoyable for the kids.

This hotel is amazing!!! The pool/waterslide was literally the craziest thing lol will be returning in the future. Clean rooms, pet friendly. And ample parking. If I can give this place more stars I would!!!
