I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, including this one several times before, but this visit was a bit disappointing. When we checked in, the room wasn’t quite what I was expecting, so I asked about upgrading. The front desk told me I’d have to cancel my reservation and rebook at nearly double the cost. The night before, I stayed at another hotel (booked through the same ******* site), and they were happy to offer me an upgrade for $20, no hassle at all.
We had booked for a couple of nights, and during our stay, our room was never cleaned nor were we asked if we needed anything, which was disappointing. Even the breakfast experience felt off, the staff seemed short-tempered and condescending rather than welcoming.
I’ve always believed good service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, the front-end staff here just didn’t seem very friendly, helpful, or customer oriented this time. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve stayed here before and really enjoyed it, but this trip left me feeling like the focus on guest experience has slipped. Hopefully, management takes this feedback to heart, the hotel itself has great potential, it just needs staff who truly value their guests.

Staff were rude, even when asked simple questions. Even when approaching them in a kind manner. Had some things being done to the property and couldn't give timelines as when they would be worked on or tested. Also when asking questions the staff " didnt know the answer"

We very much enjoyed our stay, the staff was great, our room was great, the pool and water slide were great too! Continental breakfast was great. All in all a great experience

Everything was amazing other than hair lol found hair in tub , toilet and on bed .
I just took it off and went on with my day ! Staff was amazing!!! Oil was great , sad it all didn’t work but overall 9 out of 10

Overall a great property, but is looking its age. Time for a refresh. May want to consider different mattresses as they were not that comfortable. The room was very clean and provided a fridge.

Check in was great, room was great. Continental breakfast was great. Only complaint I have is at about 11:30 on the Friday night of our stay, I came through the lobby to go have a smoke outside. I had to hear the conversation the girl with the purple and green hair was having with a tall male coworker with a pony tail, about how happy they were that Charlie Kirk had been assassinated and they were openly celebrating his death for all the guests in the lobby to hear. Left a bad taste in my mouth after that.

I stayed there before and was happy with the room. It was a comfortable sleep and staff were nice. However there was only one staff person at the checkin desk and he was really busy checking everyone in.

Place overall was decent. Pool is amazing. Room was nice, bed was comfy.
Breakfast could of been better. There was limited towels at the pool.
Would recommend and will be stating again in the future.
