前台人员对我的残障朋友的导盲犬反复盘问。房卡打不开房门，前台人员对为什么打不开房门（虽然这张卡让我们进了侧门）的态度非常消极。
要特别表扬下携程客服，过了退订期帮我退订了原酒店，改订了这家。卫生、设施都不错。看评论说早餐丰富订的，但早餐没那么丰富，不知说丰富的都吃到了什么。

不错的酒店。干净。位置好。远离*******。安静。
位置方便，在Bonneville salt lake旁边，可以休息一晚，不用立刻回程到salt lake city。价钱合理，房间大，但网络慢。性价比高。

虽然是老设施，但维护得很好。

Can’t say the surroundings are stellar, but safe and close to the freeway without being loud or trafficked.
Will stay again as we pass through.
Staff was very engaging, seeking ways to demonstrate an above and beyond effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
