Our room was perfect. It was clean from top to bottom. The Hotel was equally clean. The bar and restaurant are a nice touch. They both came i. Handy after a long day out.

Hilton Honors remote/mobile registration was fantastic. Having the digital key AND the option to have a physical key(s) was also great.
This facility was in fantastic condition, and the property was well kept. I love the 24/7 patio. I didn’t use the gym but it looked awesome.
And as always, the complimentary cookie for honors members was a delicious welcome.

被困在电梯里
我被困在电梯里10-15分钟。工作人员为我提供了早餐作为补偿。夜班经理不明白被困在坏掉的电梯里意味着什么，所以没有报警。

工作人员一点也不友好！！我晚上出去玩后进酒店时，他们根本不理我。我坐在大堂等我的同伴停车。当时是2025年1月24日中午12点到午夜左右。那位女士穿着一件白衬衫，我希望她不是经理。我觉得她当时正在培训另一个人。
很不专业，我希望不是因为我是非裔美国人。
前台接待员态度很粗鲁，一点也不友好。她似乎觉得帮我办理入住很不方便，而且根本没告诉我早餐的详情和房间位置。
水管爆裂，但工作人员没有通知我们。我们作为顾客，上完厕所后发现水槽不出水，只好打电话到前台询问情况。
空调运转不正常。对希尔顿很失望
入住体验非常愉快，服务非常好。
