The reason for not 5 stars was the weddingreception in lobby. I made us feel very uncomfortable in the entrance. We felt likr we were intruding.

I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again

Beautiful hotel, staff always on hand to welcome you, could not fault this hotel obviously a bit on the pricier side but well worth the extra money as a treat. Easy walking distance to all main attractions

This is not only the best hotel in Nashville it is one of the very finest in anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but is is actually the staff that make it standout. The bellman and valet were particularly great. The front desk was awesome. Overall just a terrific stay. Even the general manager stopped by during cocktails to check in on our visit. Very first class experience.
