While the Staff was very nice and we did enjoy the morning breakfasts, our a/c never worked properly all 4 days of our stay. 2 lights in our room didn’t work, nor did 2 electrical outlets. The pool hot tub jets also didn’t work during our 3 trips to the pool. The highway noise was at times unbearable.

The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom needed deep cleaning. The showerhead had really bad rust and the toilet paper roll also had rust. Receptionist said hotel very old. It's understandable but have it clean. Nice to have the bed made but have the sheets changed. The bed sheets had stains and they don't come inside to changed sheets only fix the bed. Shampoo and conditioner aren't good. There like small bottle like a thumb. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The good part is it's a safe place to be in compared to luxury hotels. I would go there again. Like the area and safe hotel. Staff are nice

This hotel is perfect for attending a BMT graduation at Lackland. However, it is slightly dated. Their are decent amenities, and the free breakfast was helpful, although very basic.

The staff here were super nice, very welcoming to myself, my family and my Airman. I asked the front staff for scissors and tape and they were nice about lending me their supplies. These little things mean a lot. Thank you so much.

Room was spotless and very clean! Had great staff that provides informational maps and information abiut Lackland graduation which was very helpful! The only thing is getting back to the hotel from base is a little rough has have to get on the freeway just to get off and go back around, but would not stop me from staying there again.

The room didnt have any noticible issues and the bed was comfy. Everything seemed to work well.
I didn't make it to breakfast, but that was my own fault, so no worries there.
