Room was clean, but the bathroom could use a little more attention. The shower was clean, but had some spots that were missed and build up around the edges and the fan in the bathroom was also was extremely dusty and needed cleaned. Other than these items the rest of the room was great. We always choose to stay at this hotel when in the area.

I waited 20 minutes to check in. Desk person saw me waiting and pacing but kept on chatting with one customer ahead of me, seemingly endlessly.

A very nice place with a great history. Really nice for a 109 year old motel. Not so fancy but everything you need. Beds are great, at least I thought so. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning did not work, had a temporary portable unit in the room nd the exhaust hose continued to fall off creating hot air in the room all night. I would have to get up and try to fix it with tape that they provided. We barely slept from the constant noise from the unit as well as it not providing cool air

Did not know that property was an older Best Western. No elevator, in case you might not be able to go up a flight of stairs. Overall the property was old, but well kept.

The location right alongside the Bighorn River was absolutely beautiful. However, the hotel is an historic update, and although my room was adequate, the lighting was not very good, the door was extremely squeaky, and the window curtain didn't work correctly. But, nevertheless, I recommend it.

泳池坏了，空调坏了，制冰机坏了，窗帘也扯掉了。
房间脏兮兮的，淋浴间里有头发，地板很脏，床边还有牙缝刷。
没什么可抱怨的。我得先解释一下我为什么生气。淋浴间直到第二天才打扫干净——这是第三次投诉之后了。非常感谢。
