Room was dirty, dorty towels and bedding. Pull out couch had no sheets and blood staines. Bathroom was dirty toliet, sink and shower had hair. Front desk lady was very nice she changed the bedding and gave us new towels. No pool

Advertised a pool and it ended up being permanently closed. Ruined kids weekend. Left early. Housekeeping pushy about getting in the room after being told it was fine.

The room was nice even though there was construction going on. We however, were disappointed that there was no pool or fitness room available, even though it was advertised. Both are under construction.

Don't waste your time here!
The keys did NOT stay programmed to the room. Had to go to the front desk mulitple times to them reprogrammed. We didn't get the room that we we booked.There was no remote for the roku or the tv. The cable only had one channel on it. The sink in the bathroom leadked from the drain when it was used. There was only ONE working outlet to use betwen the lamp and charging our phones. The peep hole had no lens so people could look in our room from the hallway. The pool & hot tub were under construction so misleading as well.

It was not as it was pictured, While they were doing much work on making it better, they should have been up front about it on there web page. No pool was open, not much of a breakfast

The room reeked of smoke, it was super run down. We almost ran out of toilet paper, there were no tissues. People where lingering, doors were cracked open. It felt unsafe. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was it had a pool, the pool was under renovations. We didn't even stay the second night that we had paid for, we just wanted out of there. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we wouldn't have stayed the 1st night either. The whole first night I prayed there wouldn't be bed bugs. Thank God there weren't.

第一个房间简直太恶心了,床铺整理好了,但客房服务人员也只做了这些。枕头上有污渍,被子下面有头发,马桶座圈和地板上有污渍。第二天早上,前台的先生帮我们打扫了房间,但太忙了,没空讨论退款事宜。泳池也空无一人。我还可以继续说下去,但可以肯定地说,我们再也不会去了!!
嗯,一开始我们的门坏了。后来发现浴室门看起来像被斧头砍过然后修好了一样。微波炉肯定是被尿进去了,因为我们去加热东西时闻到一股难闻的热尿味。泳池空无一人,无法使用。总的来说,对于我们为这种不安全的环境支付的价格,我们感到很不满意。
