Both day/night hotel staff were polite. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. The room was so spacious!! Defs a highlight of our stay; TVs in both rooms and the amenities were very accommodating!

Could stand to have a little more parking on a weekend as busy as this one (car show and horse sale in town) and the online check-in link that I received asking me to submit a pic of my DL apparently didn't submit any of that information to the front desk but that's a technology issue rather than a facility issue. They do require a $100 refundable deposit and my CC refunded it very quickly. I think I got the notification the very next business day (checked out Saturday, so Monday) that it was coming back. I have no issue with the deposit requirements. Facility is nice, clean, and quiet. We bought take-out for dinner and sat in the dining area downstairs to eat. Breakfast was comparable to others - typical fare. I did greatly appreciate the mini waffle maker for my youngest. She wouldn't eat a whole one so have the mini option was great! Beds were comfortable and the room wasn't hot. Usually we have to go in and turn the ac all the way down to get comfortable and end up freezing by morning (which isn't a complaint at my age, even if the husband disagrees mildly lol) and this wasn't the case. It was comfortable when we walked in and when we left. That is just almost mandatory for an hotel in Texas in the summer! 😊 100% will stay again.

We did not like that the indoor pool had no ventilation, and it had a strong smell of chlorine. The hot tub was cold and the grab bar was broken. When I brought it up to the front desk, she said that the manager would be in on Monday. I advised that we were leaving on Sunday. We constantly had to remind them to put new towels in the room. Breakfast was good.

Room was old and outdated. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The floor in the room creaked loudly and the shower had terrible water pressure and the shower floor felt slimy
