The female staff did not accommodate us on our room. It was cold and I had a 80 year old woman with me. I did not get the handicap bathroom that I payed for. I received a hearing accessible room. I was highly disappointed and we’ll not be staying here again when I visit Texarkana.
P.s. Your new male staff was absolutely wonderful and has great customer service skills.

Would stay again
Parking was fine...didn't use the pool. The room was nice and clean...front desk was pleasant and the breakfast was really good...our waitress was awesome...very attentive.
