Would highly discourage staying in this apartment. The carpet up the stairs was extremely dirty and stained very small steps and our son had fallen down then twice. I had to sweep the entirely apartment floors when we arrived as they had dirty all over them. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. The apartment was very dirty and we were not comfortable in the place. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and didn’t feel clean. We had our baby with us and they provided a travel cot. We told them it was broken and it collapsed on our child when he stood in the night. It was very unsturdy and the bottom was broke. They responded 2 days later and said they would replace it. They didn’t. They replaced the mattress of the cot which was also broken. We were there for 5 days. The night before we left they replaced the cot but we then got stained mattress so still not suitable. When I told him he said they didn’t provide bedding (we brought our own) and then said they don’t provide mattress. But they provided two! One was broken and one was heavily stained. I had sent pictures to him and he didn’t care. We had to make our baby a bed on the floor. This was very disappointing and made us feel very uncomfortable. The floors were full of dust. I have sent pictures to the owners and they didn’t respond. The kitchen wasn’t clean, the sofa was awful and full of dirt. I put my eye mask under my pillow and the next day I took it out to be covered in dusk. There were chips, Pringles and aero chocolate on the floor when I had to move a bed side table to make my son a bed on the floor as the cot wasn’t suitable. The beds were so uncomfortable I have pulled my back out. Host took a long time to respond each time I messaged. They came after 8.30pm to replace a mattress and demanded to enter to collect the other mattress. Our children were asleep so didn’t want them to be woken. When I told the host it was dirty he disregarded my message. On leaving the property I couldn’t leave the key as the host had changed the lock on the key box. He took a long time to respond, way after our stay had ended. He messaged me with a different code. I had to post the key through the door. If we did not have an important arrangement in the area we would have left on the first day.

Sanjay do refund my security deposit. It’s been nearly two weeks of no communication and messages and calls unanswered.
I’m still chasing my security deposit to this day. Phone number never goes through. Messages are not responded to. ******* seem unable to help yet listing is under *******, so be careful when you book this property.
I’ve also received receipts from Heathrow apartments in my email that are not my payments. So I don’t know who they belong to but no one answers messages or phone calls.
The instructions were to close gate but it was broken and it nearly came crashing on us and car.
You won’t be able to check in without paying a “refundable security deposit” which I’m having to chase up everyday for nearly two weeks when the phone number provided is not working and messages ignored. Escalated through ******* and they are using the same contact I have and so no response from ******* even after the 72hours response time promised.

Please beware of this property. It is deceptive and misleading. We checked in late at night and couldn’t stay the night, it smelled terribly and we could hardly breathe, the property manager is incompetent and fraudulent. The pictures posted are nothing like the actual property. When we asked for a refund we were told that refund was not possible. We reviewed their cancellation policy only to find out that there’s no refund allowed even after a minute of your reservation. This means that booking is final and no refund no matter how soon after you want to cancel. In addition to their terrible policies, the manager refused to accept that the property was dirty. If I could add pictures to this review I would have done so. Please if you do not want to waste your money, avoid this property, they have a few and they all have the same deceptive pictures.

Horrible and fraudulent property/Manager. Property had a bad smell and appeared very dirty. The carpets, microwave, and toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned. Pictures advised are not the actual pictures of the property. There’s no refund as stated in their fraudulent cancellation policy. So your booking is final even after a second of booking. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! The worst rental property and management I have ever come across.

Attention to detail required.
Unfortunately the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke when I arrived. It was also evident that the carpets in the bedrooms had not been vacuumed. Our bedding had a tear in it and the pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows properly. We did not have all the complementary toiletries straight away. The toilet brush was disgusting.
It was however a good position base for what we needed and the beds were fairly comfortable. The layout of the apartment worked well with our two children. The communication with the company was also fairly good although a little confusing due to emails and WhatsApp messages contradicting each other.

Disgraceful
We tried contacting as soon as we got there as the house was filthy, staines all over the carpet iron marks burnt in the carpet the freezer drawers were all broken the radiator was leaking in one of the rooms so the carpet was soaking wet next to the bed the blinds were broken the white plastic beads for the blind was snapped off and left on the windowsill. Thick dirty muddy finger prints on the bathroom light switch the list goes on-
We stay away from home with work quite a lot and we have stayed in some not so great places but they do for a night or two just for work- but this is definitely a no go for us again it's called the royal apartments but definitely wouldn't stay again. The pillows were very hard and when we messaged the night we booked in we still haven't had a reply and this was last week!!! I've messaged a couple of times again with no response -
It's not a quiet area so if like us all you are working 14 hour shifts I wouldn't stay here the neighbours were having a party and you have the ignorants shouting down their phone at stupid o'clock at night
It's like a street for the Jeremy Kyle rejects honestly
